I remember when I could goto Currito and get a Burrito for around the same price as Chipotle. Now, it’s almost $10 for a burrito with no meat, then you pay extra for meat. If you get a burrito chips guacamole and drink for two people, it’s almost $40 if you eat there. Do you realize I could goto a sit down restaurant for that? Also, they did away with the small burrito about 2 years ago. Bring back the small burrito option for people that don’t eat as much!!! Stop corporate greed and lower prices back to where they were!!! Also, whoever trains/highers cashiers at the Montgomery Rd location needs fires themselves. It’s sad. If you must go, goto Westchester location. Much better staff!!

I ordered in app and asked for my 2 salsas o ordered (mango and red) to be on the side. They put 2 cups of red on the side , and the mango on it. I’ve never tried the mango so didn’t want it on my bowl. Now there’s onions all in my bowl. Disgusting!!! Even if I pick around, the whole bowl tastes like onions.

It always show Currito location farther from nearest Currito as selected . When click on map take almost a minute to load location during that there no option to cancel location. I always order from same Currito location why does it give option to save it? Previous app used to load Currito location fast. Food is great but CurritoRewards make it frustrating to order.

I’ve gotten good from here several times BUT today was a disaster! Someone else picked up my order… asked for buffalo and ranch… they ALWAYS put the dressings on the side… THIS person didn’t… needless to say my food was soggy and really hot! Then they almost forgot the chips I bought!! I’m a VERY unhappy customer… Curritos you have to make this right. I didn’t have cabbage blend that I asked for a barely any romaine… but it was ok because I had to take all of that off because it was SOGGY🤬🤬🤬

My go to is the classic bowl with chicken. Lately I just can’t seem to get an bowl with out bones in the chicken. Last 2 orders it has happened and had chipped a tooth on the last order.

Customs treated with disdain. Yelled at. No manager anywhere. Told to WAIT AN HOUR. I will never be back until you make this right.

I tried to log in but forgot my password, tried to reset but all it gives you is instructions to download a new app. Did it but i still could not reset my password. Very frustrating, had to check out as guest.

I ordered $50 of food for in store pick up and was not allowed to select if or how much to tip. I was required to pay an additional $7.50ish in tip.

Will not use again.

We placed an order online, which we never do. The reason we placed it online as I had received a coupon and I could only do it with an online order. We placed an order for three Bangkok bowls, and a build your own with a side of quack and chips. when my husband picked up the order, there was no quack and chips so he had to ask for those. When we got home, we realized we had four Bangkok bowls.
My daughter had to drive back 15 minutes to get her bowl
They were so rude… they all stood around and tried to figure out who did it wrong

Navigation isn’t that great. And for the love of all that is good and holy, can you please implement Apple Pay?

Haven’t had issues with CurritoRewards but it IS super hard to earn rewards. You have to spend hundreds to get anything.

Clean interface, but please update to accept Apple Pay.

I love all the bowls and the healthy ingredients. I wish Currito was everywhere. Keep up the good work.

Good variety of food that is healthy and tasty. Ordering thru CurritoRewards and not waiting is a bonus although the wait is never too long anyway.

Healthy, fresh and delicious!! Love to build our own bowls. Only wish there was a location closer to my home, I would eat it two or three times a week!! Great reward program!
