Since ios17 update tape measure works on standard tape measure, however floor plan will not calibrate and produce the measuring circle, but all work on standard measure, downloaded several other similar apps and all the same only on floor plan ? Rebooted , reset iPhone, deleted and reinstalled all apps and the same, I rely on this app

I wanted to do the free trial and I was charged $24.99 plus $2.99 total of $27.98 to my account. I want a refund. I have gone to and cancelled the subscription that I didn't want in my Iphone. Please contact me when my money is returned to me, thanks
