Constant ads where your child can click to buy

Learning is good but every few times after completing a learning game the whole screen changes to an ad where your child can accidentally purchase something or visit a site.
Buggy & may have forced me to purchase something

I clicked a button to remove ads, and then a bunch of pop-ups kept coming up on the screen… I still haven't figured out whether it forced me to purchase something or not. But I deleted the app after force quitting in any case.
Would be awesome if it worked

As soon as I paid 8.99 to get rid of ads, the sound stopped working. I tried deleting and reinstalling but it made no difference. I think upgrading breaks it.
