How can I get assistance from this app, when Mwave for whatever reason is saying I have to use a different social network to sign in. You have to sign in to get help, and yet is is not clear. So I have to sign in to receive help, but I can’t sign in. So frustrated.

It was much more faster and convenient before were you only had to tap to select and it automatically went to the next category. If you could please change it back to how it was please & thank you!!!

Do not get it from Mwave if you like to track your orders, Mwave literally only tells when the payment is completed but they won’t tell nothing if they’ve shipped the item or not. I’ve had a terrible experience to where I have bought an album they’ve taken the money but they won’t tell me anything about my package, the help desk doesn’t help at all and I’ve been waiting for almost 2 months and the package hasn’t arrived yet. Terrible experience.
