I have a problem with Vlogit

No current problems

- The app crashes frequently, even when scrolling through the camera roll.

- It does not allow users to choose a photo without crashing.

- The audio and video are always delayed when exporting videos, making them look stupid.

- The delay is so bad that users cannot even do reaction videos.

I am not able to see my saved videos. It's coming white screen with date and time. Please let me know how to solve this problem...

To resolve Vlogit network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Vlogit App
1. On android, goto Settings » Vlogit » click [Force Stop]

Clear Vlogit App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Vlogit » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Vlogit.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Vlogit » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Vlogit » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Vlogit
