App functions, but destroys battery life

The app works great for adjusting gloves and pairing was a breezy. BUT you battery life disappears if you use the app and put your phone away. Make sure you close the app. It uses location services to see what temperature you are using the gloves in and your batter disappears.
I would give 5 stars if they could fix this.
Burns iPhone battery

On my iPhone 13 it burns battery - 97% according to battery monitor - even when gloves are not in use. Make sure to close the app in the background when not using gloves ! I think I’ll try reinstalling the app.
