- App uses location services which drains battery life quickly

- Battery life disappears even when gloves are not in use

To resolve Clim8 network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Clim8 App
1. On android, goto Settings » Clim8 » click [Force Stop]

Clear Clim8 App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Clim8 » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Clim8.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Clim8 » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Clim8 » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Clim8
