After last update start using 2GB of data traffic per hour. Drain 50GB hotspot and 112GB Data plan within couple days!!!

If you are ready to wait representative on hold 20-30 minutes to fix a problem or if you ready to type mostly of your time geolocation manually TrackEnsureELD is for you. User interface is terrible, it takes time to get used to it.

This is a worst log book when I have before. Interface is 👎. Split sleeper berth working incorrectly, don’t stop a 14 hours after splits berths. Not recommended. Найгірший логбук з яким я працював. Не правильно працює спліт сліпер, «з’їдає» 14 годин після спліта. Не рекомендую.

TrackEnsureELD never workers and wrong updates so u call them they will put u on holdddddd for like 2 to 3 hours no joke some times longer ‘ one time I was on hold for 5 hours and the guy pick up and hang up

Thanks for adding notifications when approaching violations. But now i get pop up banners every 30 seconds saying app is working in the background mode. We don’t need that. Please fix it.

When I’m driving I literally have to stick the iPad into my face to see how much time I have left to drive, everything is so small and hard to make out, please change to 15 mph before it throws it into drive, I’ll wait for an update before I decide to go back to KeepTrucking.

Does not give you warnings or reminders about your hours of service. The customer support is very unprofessional and unknowledgeable. TrackEnsureELD interface is terrible and constantly gives you errors. You can get better ELD’s for a fraction what they charge. Avoid this ELD for it will cause you a lot of downtime.

Poor service at all, don't recommend
Waiting time is always over 2 hours. If you ask them what's the issue they have one answer for all " we hire new costumers " or " we getting updates in the system " . Those answers are about 4 months older

TrackEnsureELD is poorly developed. So many bugs in the system. I’ve been using it for a week now. As soon as you move it puts you on drive mode which is a problem when you’re on duty checking in or at scale. Just did a 34 hr restart and the system went to Y2K mode. My 70 hrs. are at 00:00 and so is the rest. Tried to log out it won’t let me. I absolutely hate TrackEnsureELD. It doesn’t deserve a one star.

This interface is from 90s super old and outdated compared to keep trucking for example. Doesn’t have most of the features. Really needs an update.

No Personal Conveyance; No Yard Move; No Adverse Driving Conditions;
If you change to sleeper it will save as sleeper 2,3,4 … straight without combining as one sleeper time…

Please move the “+ add inspection” in the middle or somewhere away from the “<” of date change sign. Or move the date. They are too close. Drivers make an error several times a week. DVIR are carried out on the previous day, thereby creating violations for drivers on the previous day. This problem has existed for many years, and because of this, violations at weighing stations also occur.

App does have room for improvement ( auto drive statues has to be adjusted to 10-15 mph, maybe little larger interface etc..) overall very helpful app
And wonderful stuff.

I’ve been driving for 10 years. This is best e log app, adjustments are necessary if you want to get job done effectively efficiently as possible truck ensure accommodates this. All the haters go to ppl net or motive see how that works for you. Some ppl matter where they go to drive for or what they use to drive will never be happy, find another job!

Hello guys, after last update I can’t use app in a split screen on my IPad, interface changed, can you please fix that

Hi can someone fix the call back option. Other wise people are waiting on phone to speak to some one for a long period of time. Sometimes an hour. Plz plz fix the issue

One of the best ones ever in America…. I used over 3 different kinds and this one is the best. Over the past couple years they worked on customer service and software and it’s modern and up to date and easy to use, if you don’t have yard move or personal convenience. You just have to ask and they will add it. A+

Roman and other staff are helpful whenever I had an issue !!! Some miner things can get fixed and there some add one that good be helpful as well ... like as owners and we have driver we should be able to see the trucks maintenance and idle That should be helpful for us to see what issues might the truck has ... hopefully we can get that add on because Samsara has that but if truck insure make some add ons there nothing better than this ELD

I worked for a lot of the major companies like Warner for instance when paper logs just came out years ago. They all do not count drive time on you log until you drove over two miles. That way if you fuel and have to move up your log wouldn’t put you on drive. Or I could name numerous other situations like if your parked and you have to move to another area that’s in the same parking lot. It would sure make things a lot better. Other then that this is awesome..
