Cronogolf has locked me out while trying to book a round. worked great 2 days ago
Unable to login in on Chronogolf on my account. Worked fine until today.
I love Chronogolf and use it every week. My question is why does it always default my location to Canada? 95% or more of the rounds I book are within 20 miles of my home in Bethesda, Maryland. But everytime I log in on my computer using a browser it has me in Canada. If I use the app on my phone it knows I'm in Maryland. I checked profile settings, etc. but can't find anywhere to change that. Thanks.

The app is fine but avoid this company at all costs. They lure you in to booking with certain deals that are only available through the app or website and then refuse to refund or change anything regardless of the situation. The golf course I booked with canceled all tee times due to weather and refunded the portion of my payment to them directly, but Chronogolf still refuses to refund the portion paid to them. They are virtually impossible to get in contact with outside of their restrictive support email service. Book with your local golf clubs directly and avoid this company!

Taos CC went to this system this year and no one I have spoken with has raved about it being a wonderful experience. It has been difficult to modify bookings requiring instead a call to the pro shop. It shows account balances but does not have a payment feature.
Perhaps it was the iOS 14 update but now the app won’t load.
My experience has been less than acceptable

I have to agree with another downloader. This app is awful. There is only one course that it supports within an hour from my location while I play at least 10. Once you’re in the app there is no way to get from one screen to another. These software engineers should be ashamed of themselves. I have spent a career testing software and nothing like this would ever make it to the public. Removing immediately.
