Chronogolf is fine but avoid this company at all costs. They lure you in to booking with certain deals that are only available through Chronogolf or website and then refuse to refund or change anything regardless of the situation. The golf course I booked with canceled all tee times due to weather and refunded the portion of my payment to them directly, but this app still refuses to refund the portion paid to them. They are virtually impossible to get in contact with outside of their restrictive support email service. Book with your local golf clubs directly and avoid this company!

I have to agree with another downloader. Chronogolf is awful. There is only one course that it supports within an hour from my location while I play at least 10. Once you’re in Chronogolf there is no way to get from one screen to another. These software engineers should be ashamed of themselves. I have spent a career testing software and nothing like this would ever make it to the public. Removing immediately.

Taos CC went to this system this year and no one I have spoken with has raved about it being a wonderful experience. It has been difficult to modify bookings requiring instead a call to the pro shop. It shows account balances but does not have a payment feature.

Perhaps it was the iOS 14 update but now Chronogolf won’t load.

My experience has been less than acceptable

User interface is very awkward and targeted at booking a time at a specific course on a specific day

Expect to be able to enter basic search criteria (day, time window, players, distance etc) and app provide me numerous options.

I had to give 3 stars because the inability to see a price with a cart on Chronogolf….its a great app but that was a really bad misstep in my opinion….and now that courses in my area don’t use golf now this is extra annoying

This company does not respond to emails, despite auto answers saying they will. I paid for a promotional tee time that had to be canceled because of heavy rains, & the golf course insists the refund must come from this app. But no response from them after a week of trying & even a phone call to their headquarters won't go thru. Will never do a promotion thru them again.

Can’t modify the number of players after the reservation is made. Can’t send invite to players. Chronogolf provides a message asking if you want to send an invite to a player and when you select that option nothing happens.
You can make a reservation for tee time alright but that’s about it. Not a great app

It drives me crazy that I grab an open tee time and then as I click confirm reservation it says there is t enough capacity. I wish it could somehow lock the reservation for a few minutes before allowing someone else to grab it. (Also, my review is typing in white so I cant see what I’m writing)

This is probably not a this app issue? At our course, we can schedule a TT on this app only to find out when you get to the course that there are additional foursomes assigned to your TT. It’s like the airlines overbooking a flight, without any additional perks! They should at the least give a free ball marker or hat for the inconvenience…….🤔

Chronogolf is great to book a tee time, but once you book, you can’t make any changes or adjustments to the tee time without cancelling and rebooking. I would suggest a bidirectional integration into the course’s red system to enable easy changes without having to call the pro shop.

Chronogolf is impossible to navigate. The links for member instructions don’t work. If there is some redeeming value here, I can’t find it. Don’t waste your time. If you want a tee time with clubs using Chronogolf, call instead. Otherwise, you’ll never get a tee time.

I like the concept of Chronogolf , but wish there were more options for joining partial groups. If members have booked, show the names of those members so, like myself, we may join them at that tee time. If showing a members name is not allowed, then maybe just show whether the time is a member or public booked time.

I love Chronogolf for booking tee times at my local golf course. I can see what times are open and have my tee time booked and ready to go in one minute or less

Worked OK. Had several issues but was workable. Upgtraded to IOS 14 and now it just crashes. What good is an app that does not work? Have contacted support twice and just got automated emails. But no response dealing with the issues. Reading these reviews reveals that many are having the same issue. Need a fix soon.

The MCG app is very intuitive and as you’d expect. With everything else in my life requiring my full attention I’m glad to have one thing so easy to use. Thank you!

Hard crash trying to open after the ios14 update on my Xs. Worked fine before ios14

Just downloaded Chronogolf last night had a new iOS update today and Chronogolf doesn’t open anymore. I’ve tried uninstalling and uploading still nothing after multiple attempts

I am able to book and add one player, but no others. When reaching out to support, I got an email with explanation, but my app does not have the features described. Sent screen shot, got back same email with no other help. Useless to me

Updated my iPhone to IOS 14.0 which resulted to this app app no longer working in my iPhone. Deleted Chronogolf and downloaded it again several times but the this app app no longer works. Sent email to Lightspeed IT but so far could not resolve the problem.

Chronogolf is terrible. It is not only difficult to navigate but won’t respond to their tap commands 3/4 of the time. Don’t waste your time with this. Call the golf course and book or use another tee time app.

Does not have all the courses. Easy to reserve a tee time Accurate pricing. Never had an issue with my reservation. Choose 9 or 18 as allowed.
