I had an argument with a broker name Lukas Rust today I did an instant book load the day which was my first time instant booking with RXO I booked the load and did not get the rate confirmation to me I thought maybe it go through so this morning I called them to explain the situation, so the broker asked my company info and then he went ahead gave me the load details, he said they require trailer washout with proof of the receipt and no reimbursement, so mind me I just had a trailer washout a couple days ago so immediately I told him I’m not interested he then said do you want to unassigned from the load and yes. A few hours later he wrote me and said they not required trailer washout anymore and I replied to him I said I’m not interested Then a few minutes after he called me and said you black people i don’t like you and cursed me out He said he wrote a negative review for my company. My thing is am I not allowed to say no to his load after he gave me the load details On top of it I did not have a rate confirmation nor I did not sign the rate confirmation neither. This man is nasty and racist.
The app is extremely slow to respond

Not sure of what happened, but this app is extremely slow to respond lately.
If I want to search for new loads it takes several seconds to open a desired search option…I hope the app admin can fix this.
Also this app compared to som other Brokerages is very “basic”. I like to search for my loads trough the app instead of waiting for long time on the phone to reach a broker.
Tracking , submitting paperwork, checking on payment status would be a plus and I would defiantly book more loads with XPO.
RXO app is JUNK bring the Old XPO Drive App back.

Since XPO did a rebranding, did they really need to change the old XPO drive app too ? This new app is laggy, the interface looks like a 5 year old designed it. It is missing all the relevant load info which Carriers need to make a decision on whether to book the load or not… Just bring back the old XPO drive app and call it whatever you wanna call it. I used that old app for 4 years and it was the best. This RXO app is JUNK.
