Even the place to report issues on UNTTransit is doesn’t work and UNT was better off posting the bus schedule online because UNTTransit is so crappy words can’t even explain literally if you live on campus you have more luck just standing outside until a bus shows up and that about sums up the accuracy of UNTTransit. Most times they don’t even predict correctly I’ve waited outside for almost an hour for a bus that never showed but was being “tracked” on UNTTransit . It operates as though a second grader who just learned coding decided to make an app. I’ve waited outside for over an hour for a bus that never showed up and the “tracking feature” literally disappears unwarrented so you may end up being there waiting another half hour for a bus that was supposed to show up in 10 minutes. Also the customer service is the most terrible thing ive ever seen, no one replies to emails, nor do they care that their app crashes just about everyday.

Any progress in developing UNTTransit to work with Voice Over yet?

totally incompatible with dark mode, UNTTransit WILL force close itself if you try to view a route with no buses on it. i wish i could view an actual schedule from UNTTransit instead of just seeing how many minutes till the next bus arrives at a stop. it works, but not well.

UNTTransit is useful for an ESTIMATE of when the buses will arrive. I wouldn’t count on it if you’re about to be late to class. Also, y’all need to add the Mean Green Contra route!!!! I just have to stand at the stop and hope it comes, there’s no way for me to know when or if it’s even coming.

UNTTransit worked great when school first started but now all it does is kick me out every time I try to select my bus route. UNTTransit needs a new update to fix that. Otherwise it’s a great app when it works.

I am able to plan when to leave because the information is quite accurate. It also shows me exactly where the bus is. Only time i miss a bus is if one is off schedule.

Extremely helpful app that helps me track the buses and plan ahead. Super helpful for cases when the bus will be late and extra planning is needed.

Taking the bus can be intimidating but UNTTransit makes it easy to see where the routes go.

UNTTransit is so helpful and the fact it’s free is just the cherry on top!
