Even the place to report issues on UNTTransit is doesn’t work and UNT was better off posting the bus schedule online because UNTTransit is so crappy words can’t even explain literally if you live on campus you have more luck just standing outside until a bus shows up and that about sums up the accuracy of UNTTransit. Most times they don’t even predict correctly I’ve waited outside for almost an hour for a bus that never showed but was being “tracked” on UNTTransit . It operates as though a second grader who just learned coding decided to make an app. I’ve waited outside for over an hour for a bus that never showed up and the “tracking feature” literally disappears unwarrented so you may end up being there waiting another half hour for a bus that was supposed to show up in 10 minutes. Also the customer service is the most terrible thing ive ever seen, no one replies to emails, nor do they care that their app crashes just about everyday.
