How to fix Papumba app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Papumba app on iPhone
Update Papumba app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Papumba iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Papumba on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Papumba network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Force Stop the Papumba App
1. On android, goto Settings » Papumba » click [Force Stop]

Update Papumba to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Papumba App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Papumba » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Papumba.

Fix Papumba unable to contact server/ Papumba internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Papumba » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Papumba » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
