“There seems to be a generic error”

Come on guys… it’s been months with this error in ScandicHotels . I haven’t been able to retrieve my upcoming stays for well over a month.
Until this bug is fixed ScandicHotels is a glorified way to check your current membership status..
App Crashes Often
