I thought this would be a good solution for having to use several different shipping apps, but there are a few annoyances and a fatal flaw.

As to why DeliveriesPackageTracker was designed with one shipment per page, while there’s a gigantic blank space under each page baffles me. Every other shipping app provides a list you can tap to see details, and there was no reason to reinvent that wheel.

The flaw that makes DeliveriesPackageTracker virtually useless is that is does not consistently update when a shipment receives new information. I assume DeliveriesPackageTracker simply plugs the tracking number into the actual shipper’s website and displays the information provided. However, it will literally sometimes take days (if it ever correctly displays) to provide accurate tracking information. For an app this simple with such a specific purpose, not doing said one simple job makes it a one star for me (unfortunately, even after purchasing the upgraded version).

Doesn’t update much at all. UPS and FedEx will notify you about changes long before DeliveriesPackageTracker will.

Lousy UI. The cards are monstrous, you can’t even see 2 deliveries in one screen, the most important info is either tiny or non-existent while unnecessary info takes up all the space, dates are dates not how many days away requiring you to do the math, etc.

Buggy. More info usually doesn’t work, tap tap tap all day and it does nothing.

It doesn’t recognize many FedEx tracking numbers as tracking numbers.

The widget is totally useless. Everythig is “In Transit” all the time and it shows the tracking number rather than your description.

The “intelligence” feature is just an average expected date of delivery. It’s simple math, not intelligence.

I have 3 shipments coming via DHL. I tried all 3 on this useless app and each one came up as “can’t find probably has not shipped”. Very interesting because when I enter the same tracking codes on the DHL site, each one shows they’ve been shipped and where they are in transit. Was looking for 1 app that I could use for all my shipping tracking, DHL, UPS, FedEx. instead of having to go to each site individually. It ain’t this piece of junk.

Downloaded both UPS app and this tracker app. When my UPS package arrived it immediately told me it arrived on UPS. However this tracker did not acknowledge any arrival. I waited for quite awhile but no delivery msg. So it’s easier to have separate accurate trackers that work then an all in one that doesn’t. If the package delivery msg is immediate than I can call a neighbor to pick it up till I get home. With all the porch thefts about, timely messaging is what I want.

Tracking for me is delayed every time. I will get a package and tracking app updates hours later. Seems to be all carriers and even a reload shows still in transit while package is in my hand. Data never matches the location displayed on shipping company web site. Sadly i paid for premium. Love the design, but not good because of delayed data.

I’m giving it 3 stars because it said it was free to gps track ur packages but u have to choose a plan for the gps otherwise it just gives u the state n date that ur package will b delivered and not at what time u have to pay for all when they said it was free it still helps thou for anything not USPS n gives u the exact day ur package will b coming the free/lite version

When you click on the Privacy Policy, you get a 404 error message. Not comfortable giving my package details to an app whose Privacy Policy is unavailable.

Also, it would be helpful to be able to test each delivery service before having to pay for DeliveriesPackageTracker . For example, a lot of tracking apps fail to track FedEx and/or UPS. And some fail with USPS. But I can only test one tracking number before having to decide whether to purchase.

I'm looking for a replacement for the Parcel Track app which no longer tracks FedEx or UPS and so I can't justify buying DeliveriesPackageTracker without knowing whether it will do what I need it to do, which is a shame, because it appears pretty robust.

My name is Renee Saylor and three days ago. Your delivery drivers were here to deliver a package that my brother-in-law had tried to send me three days in a row yesterday I left a note on the door where there is a doorbell camera saying to leave the package by my door, your delivery drivers did not knock on the door or ring the doorbell whatsoever because there was a 17 year-old and a 13 year-old here at the house and their father was in and out doing business and running errands just like I was I told my brother-in-law never use your services ever again and I will never ever send a package through your services everbecause of the way you are a very dissatisfied customer

I am currently tracking four packages but for some reason it’s only tracking one at the moment (All 4 have shipped) and on top of that it stopped opening for me. Now it only loads and says there is a network error when I have full bars and am in the room with the router. Other than these issues it isn’t horrible

For some reason, the developer has decided to include this apps delivery predictions, which are usually about 50% incorrect. The problem is, it clutters up the interface and it’s annoying. The option to eliminate this from view would be great. Otherwise a solid app.

Clean and nice looking UI. Does it job. It really needs to display the estimated delivery date at least from UPS and FedEx. Yes, intelligence is fancy, but an estimated delivery date range of 7 plus days is not truly useful. I recommend at least offering the option to display what carrier has - even if it’s just an ‘estimated’ date instead of a ‘scheduled’ or ‘guaranteed’ one since it’s often much more accurate.

Had an sudden issue with DeliveriesPackageTracker not opening properly. Sent email to report problem and got reply that it was fixed 14 minutes later. Best customer service I’ve ever experienced!!! Thank you Carlos!!

I downloaded DeliveriesPackageTracker and paid for the upgrade. It didn’t work at first but I contacted support and they had the issue fixed very quickly. Great little app now that I’m stuck at home and have several orders coming in at once. Thanks so much!

Being retired and disabled, I require many needs delivered. DeliveriesPackageTracker is excellent in knowing when things arrive. Depending on the delivery entities, UPS,FedEx, DHL are among the best in updates. USPS is the worst and if undated the package has delivered hours before.
Great app have recommended to others.

Wouldn’t work at first but I might have been entering things wrong anyway it is working great now and I will continue with my subscription to DeliveriesPackageTracker l have a iPhone 11 Pro Max

I like the way it was very easy to just put in my tracking number and the description and it automatically gave me my packages information.

This is a great shipment tracking app and I have to tell you the best customer support for an app I ever seen, Great communication and fast response time to solve an issue. Highly recommend DeliveriesPackageTracker.

Best app ever for all ur delivery needs in one place took 2 seconds punch my tracking number in and it told me right away tht my package was literally in my mail box delivered 2 minutes ago awesome!!! App!!!!

The information is even accurate than the official DHL website! DHL and the other website shows my parcel arrive at delivery facility. Only DeliveriesPackageTracker shows it is delivered. I went to downstairs and my package is there :)

Just downloaded DeliveriesPackageTracker a few hours ago and already proving to be accurate. Not to mention it supports the major delivery services, without having to download each delivery service apps.
