I have ordered at least 7 online shopping sites that I’ve ordered from 2 months ago and your app states “have been delivered” but I have YET to receive ANYTHING from them. Also several say “in transit” then it’s stated to check my mailbox, which is private and I’m the only one with a key. Or to check with my neighbors to see if it was delivered to them because no one was home to sign for packages, which is ANOTHER LIE, because there is ALWAYS ALWAYS at least one person home PLUS we’ve checked our security cameras recording for the date that states was “delivered” and there was NOTHING DELIVERED on ANY OF THOSE DATES!
No package takes 2 months and more to arrive from another country I promise you.
I’m EXTREMELY UPSET…..EXTREMELY UPSET over all of this because someone is telling a LIE about my packages and I will not let this go until I get some answers.

I haven’t used Tracker but when i downloaded it, it want to be able to access my email messages. For what? I’ve sent several emails to customer support about my order and all have come back undeliverable. Also quite interesting that all the great reviews were written on Jan12/Jan13, like someone just sat down one day and started giving great reviews. Yeah right. Scam. Scam. Scam. Still have gotten my order but keep getting email that it has shipped and want me to download app. Not a chance.

Tracker is very confusing. I got a tracking number from tangem and the number doesn't bring up anything when I search in Tracker . I'm not even sure if I'm searching right. I can't tell if Tracker is for shipping or tracking. It's not clear at all. I don't know why they can't just have a web interface. Tracker doesn't make any sense. If it's for tracking then just have a place to enter your tracking number.

So basically this company conspired with another to tell me that the non-existent package/product that was sold to me to steal my money had arrived. They lied. I never received my package that they said was delivered. Even gave me a phony customer service email to contact and it of course was undeliverable when I tried to use it. I hope I NEVER order from another company again that uses these liars.

It doesn’t work. I connected my eBay account and it kept bringing up old, delivered packages, yet the new ones that are currently in shipment right now were nowhere to be found. When I tried to add them manually (copying and pasting the shipping number) the area where you paste the # stayed blank. I even pasted the shipping # to a note in my phone and then re-copied it for the this app app. Nothing! Don’t waste your time, this is a scam to get peoples login information for different sites!

Do not download it is a scam. It said a package was delivered to me at :25 minutes after midnight. WHO delivers packages at midnight? No one. Not only that it never gave me any information about a shipper. It was just some random package from China. I tried to send an email to the address given and of course it was undeliverable. And everyone one of these positive reviews were all written on Jan 12-13. It’s really strange for everyone to leave a positive review on the same two days and they all sound similar and they sound like they were written by someone who’s English was not there first language.

You can clearly see that the package is being shipped overseas, and if the package reaches the United States, it can be tracked to every stop it makes. There are some other more functions, the interactive experience is very good, such as address query, you don’t need to look at Google Maps to make sure your street is unknown

Tracker is amazing and very helpful for shoppers. It has a good function. It shows a map and a point, where your package is, and when your package will arrive. And it is very simple to use.

The package is shipped overseas in about a month, and once it arrives in the United States. It can use more details, such as direct addresses. So you don't have to search for information through Google.
