I have a problem with Binoculars

Yellow circles appeared in display. Have been unable to remove.

To resolve Binoculars network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Binoculars App
1. On android, goto Settings » Binoculars » click [Force Stop]

Clear Binoculars App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Binoculars » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Binoculars.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Binoculars » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Binoculars » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Binoculars
