I liked Binoculars, but I paid to upgrade it and it still asks me to pay to go pro. Will you please give me the upgrade or return my money?

I’ve still never heard from the developers of Binoculars. What a rip off. I’m a birder and I’ve told and shown every birder I know what a rip off Binoculars is.

I paid $1.99 for Binoculars unknowingly because it didn’t show the price near the “Get” button, but in a banner at the top of the screen instead (which I didn’t notice until after I hit “Get.”) I have never seen this kind of sneaky tactic for any other app. And then it doesn’t even work. No instructions, it’s set to only 3X magnification and when you go to settings to try to change that you’re prompted to pay for an upgrade. No thanks.

I have paid for the upgrade to pro and have tried repeatedly to get it and aren’t able to do it. I have records From the Apple Store that I paid the $.99. I realize this is not much money but the $.99 does not give you the promised access to pro. The standard version doesn’t give you much magnification. So I don’t recommend this is you want true this app until they fix the access to pro.

I’ve never been able to get these this app to work. When I open Binoculars there is a “3X” indicating the magnification setting but each time I try to increase this I’m taken to a page that prompts me to customize my this app cosmetically. I’m not really interested in that. I’m interested in them working for me. In addition, immediately, I’m being prompted to purchase an upgrade. I actually did this immediately....This improved nothing. I wrote apple asking for a refund but no response. I’d like my $.99 back pls

I bought this so I could look closer at things and the free one worked pretty well so I decided to upgrade it but it didn't work and I thought maybe I should just close out of Binoculars and restart it but it still didn’t work please don’t waste your money on something that doesn’t even allow the upgrade to work DO NOT GET Binoculars IT TAKES YOUR MONEY! if you can fix this that would be great but if so I want a refund

Everything is well give you a little bit but you got to pay for a lot sick of paying Apple for all this crap that we don’t need download this download that pay for this paper that I’m tired of paying Apple Billion dollar company need to dollars for this and a dollar for that if that broke they need to close their doors bait and switch as usual

In the settings for Binoculars , when you select “Off” for Allow Location Access, it doesn’t retain your selection, but changes it to “Ask...”. After purchasing the upgrade, it didn’t upgrade, & doesn’t show purchased option or restore option on iPhone, so continue to see ads & other options aren’t available.

Hardly any difference between this and taking your camera and zooming in to max distance. The camera zoom has been designed to zoom to the best usable distance, this does over ride it a bit but... Using Binoculars to zoom in to max introduces so much noise into the picture that it so fuzzy, anything you try to look at is unrecognizable.

And I got it for free... Waste of memory space.

Thought Binoculars would be handy from time to time. And at $.99 to upgrade, hey that’s pretty good - right??? Three days later and I don’t have it. Zoom and once I get to the PRO point, I get the offer to spend that $.99 again, and again. Might just chuck Binoculars and move on … maybe you should too.

Every single time you go to x15 it tries to make you buy something. yes it be cheap but developers stop making people try to buy something that pops up every 2 seconds and what with the ads why are there ads on a this app app!

Can’t get the zoom to go past 26X. It hits the blur Pro button and takes me off the zoom page to a page that tells me to upgrade. I did that and nothing changed

Got it for free today (Apps Gone Free). Upgrading is free (today) and I can zoom all the way up to 16x. Now of course it’s blurry but it may come in handy some day on my phone for distance viewing. Also it was easy to snap a photo. Where it especially comes in handy is for reading small print and observing tiny things. This all on my new iPad Pro. Really don’t understand all the complaints...

It’s a really cool app but doesn’t go as close as I’d like with paying 99cents and turns out its just for trial then you have to pay more each month

I downloaded Binoculars since it is free today. I then opened Binoculars and immediately upgraded it to the pro version by clicking on “Try It Out” and it upgraded right away.

Binoculars is awesome. I use it several times a week. It really comes in handy when you need to see what the naked eye cannot. It is very user-friendly. I highly recommend Binoculars.

So far it's crystal clear and three dimensional. My biggest issue is remembering to use them so I often use something that works but not as well. That's how it goes … I own dozens upon dozens of photography apps *and* SLR cameras.

Binoculars is the real deal, you’ll definitely be surprised when trying it out. Works in landscape mode on a iPhone, it also has a Camera and Flashlight. You won’t be disappointed.

I got Binoculars . Then, to use it I had to pay 99¢. Ok, no big deal. I “upgraded” and tried to use it. The only way it worked is if I paid 99¢ again. I was born at night but not last night. After a few months I opened Binoculars again and it does the same. There is no one to contact so please don’t fall into the “99¢” trap I did

I have the pro version of Binoculars. It zooms to 16x for back camera but zooms to something in the 130x range. That makes no since. If something’s wrong let me know but the back camera is where that zoom level should be.

Kind of cool except it doesn’t rotate depending on which way you hold your phone...example I turn my phone to the right so I can use the volume button to work the camera shutter. Nope. No can do. That’s a stupidly simple thing that should be fixed...

You Can Now Slide The Dial All The Way As To See The Signs On The Road or License Plate, If Someone’s Really Disobeying Traffic Laws Like That Blue Subaru That Was Outside Of Martin Road Knocking Down Them Safety Cones And Passing Us While My Mother Linda Was Driving With Myself Sitting Within The Passenger Seat.
