The Phigolf app loads and when it gets to Device selection it just stops and the app closes
cant hit a singal ball wont register a singal swing no matter what i try

the Phigolf 2 blue tooth connection keeps crashing with WGT golf app on a Samsung s20 phone. Very frustrating
The game was flawless when I first purchased it in 2022. Now, it is worthless. I never know when it will work, and when it is working, I never know when it will just shut down. They said upgrades were coming in late 2023, never happened.
The 1st year I had the game it worked OK. we enjoyed the game year 2022. in 2023 I started having problems, no picture sometimes no sound. So I bought new lightning Connectors. It worked. Now update and 2024 No picture or sound. I only use it in the winter months. I've tried to connect it to 3 different TV . No luck. Its something to do with your updates please fix.
I have never been able to finish more than 4-5 holes without the app freezing up. Then the only way out is to shut everything off & start over...for 4-5 holes at most. Very frustrating considering the unit cost $300
My phigolf app will not open. It’s not working.
The app will not start. On my galaxy tablet and on my galaxy s23 phone
I cannot achieve th 3:1 swing ratio. I also need help to show app on my dharp roku tv from my iphone
I just bought the game. I have the app downloaded on my smart tv. Everytime I play it keeps kicking me out/crashing. Probably happened 25 times on 18 holes.
Phigolf 2. Just playing Phigolf local courses etc.. I have 3 devices that I have tried it on: 1-Apple ipad (9th gen) running OS 17.1.1. App works but there is no sound. Also no sound when screen mirrored to TV (Samsung Q60C). 2-Apple iphone7 running OS 15.8. App and sound works on phone, but no sound when screen mirrored to TV (Samsung Q60C). 3-Apple iphone12 pro max running OS 17.1.1. App and sound works on phone, but no sound when screen mirrored to TV (Samsung Q60C). I have updated everything to latest software version, including TV. I have made sure that volume is not muted or turned down on TV or 3 devices. I have turned up the volume from the game setting in the Phigolf app. I have tried screen mirroring other things from my devices to the TV and they all work with sound. Please help.
Server problems. Unable to connect to server.
When I got my Phigolf a few years back it worked well. But now it freezes after a few minutes and I can't even close the Andriod app down. I need to reset my device. Not good!
Just got the WGT edition. Seems to work fine in PhiGolf, but crashes any time I try to connect with WGT course. Also no spot on the PhiGolf app to subscribe to WGT...support mentions to go to "shop" on home screen....there is no shop button.
I just got my phil 2 and it will not detect my swing. It says ready but every swing says fail.
Ive not used my device for a while. Before i Had no issues however i noticed the update and ran it, however it crashes after one shot on the practice range. I have to reload the app just for one shot. is there something else to with the update?
the Game starts up but when i go to play a course it shuts down and you have to start the App back up again. I can play the driving range games that about all. It works on my phone but not on TV.
Only had it a day and had all the above issues. App wont start at all now. Screen mirroring is terrible. Countkess shots not registering. Total waste of money.
Phigolf continually shuts down on my iPad. Worked good for a long time
Since the Phigolf app update, it nearly always freezes after a few minutes in either the range or course modes. The WGT app is a tad better but can still lock up.
After PhiGolf loaded a new version of the App, the app keeps trying to load and all progress stops.
Playing on iphone with lightning cable attached to TV, and also have tried casting/mirroring. The app does not freeze and works great, but no matter what TV or Monitor the cable is plugged into or we cast/mirror onto, the picture freezes on the TV or Monitor, while the phone app keeps working perfectly. If I unplug the cable or stop and reconnect the cast/mirror, it works again but often freezes immediately after. Need a fix for this. A $250 program should work better than this.
It works for a few swings and then will disconnect from my Google pixel 6 pro. It works fine on my friends iPhone. I'll be returning it if the problem is not resolved.
It worked fine in the beginning but recently it stoppes working few minutes into a game. Does not "address the ball" and give "ready" notice therefor does not register any swing made. This is getting very frustrating - and not to get any answers as to what the problem is or how to fix.
