can you buy just the motion sensor
My sensor is not charging
I bought this new in December of 2022 and the pin has snapped on the sensor so when you swing the club it comes out every time. I have used this game maybe one a week. How do I go about getting a replacement?
Looks like there was an update and now I can’t connect to the server. Tried rebooting my IPad and reloading the app 3 times. Still can’t connect to the server. When I went on the chat line they asked for money to help fix the problem. What’s going on?

Problem I click everything to say left handed player, but on screen it’s always a right handed player, when on Phi Golf app, when on WGT app player is left handed on screen, need it to be left handed on Phi Golf app?? HELP PLEASE
I currently own and enjoy the original Phigolf. I know that the World Tour edition has come out. Will that version and those courses be made available on a subscription basis to those of us who own the original version of Phi Golf? In other words, can we get access to those courses but use our original sensor and stick? Thanks.

Just purchased game and works fine on my 5th gen IPad. Tried multiple times to connect Mirror Meister and repeatedly been booted out as an “illegal broadcasting attempt”. I even upgraded to the ‘pro’ version of the mirror app. Have also tried a forced reboot as suggested by others. I have a Samsung 8 Smart TV 65 inch. Looking for suggestions. Thank you for your help.
Hi, please note that the sensor Is cutting down of 50% all distance ...i cannot play in this way, please let me know what to do...i Just bought It in Amazon...
How can I get a replacement sensor?
My sensor does not work well. My sensor gets approx 25% less distance (on all clubs) than my friends phi golf stick when he compares both sticks. Can I exchange my sensor for a newer sensor. That would make the game much more exciting. Please help. Thanks
On the 18th hole drive, the screen started scrolling backwards. You can see the distance going back and it even went past the tee box. It kept on going and wouldnt stop.
When loading app I get a message saying unable to connect to server
I have reached out several times. I have tried to set up the login for the app but it just keeps saying I can't use a duplicate email. I don't even know what this is referring to. This is very frustrating and disappointing as it was a birthday gift to me. If I don't hear back will return.
Hello, As I did not receive any response to my first message from over two weeks ago - I am asking again for you to contact me regarding the fault we are experiencing with the Phigolf game. Constantly getting connection problem messages even those I have an excellent fibre connection in use. As a result I cannot turn the device on. 😞
Received a brand new Phigolf for Christmas, it worked for half an hour and then it crashed, and can’t connect to server . Have tried Apple (new), Androïde (new) , phones, computer, tv. Perfectly good connection where we live( south of France). So disapointing!! Who can help? Lena
Swing issues

I have recently started encountering a lot of issues with swings not being detected and or being detected wildly incorrectly. If there was an update done recently, this might have caused a flaw of some sort. Right now the product isn’t very fun because of the inaccuracies or lack of shot detection.
12/22 Update- There was an update done to the sensor this past week and I’ve noticed a significant increase in accuracy. I’m now updating to 5/5 as it stands :)
6/14 Update- There was recently a software update (I wish they’d just leave it alone), that has totally thrown off swing speed and distances. For me, it’s basically unusable at this point, so I have to lower the rating to one star for now.

When it works, it’s fun. Not the most accurate, but I expected that. What I didn’t expect is every time I go to turn it on, the app crashes, or the server is down, or something goes wrong to the point that it’s unusable. What’s worse is i bought it thinking I could play locally with the WGT extension by sharing the swing stick with people in my living room and we could all play the superior courses and graphics, but that is not the case.
I just want this thing to work so when I invite people over to play we can actually play! Right now I have a $250 stick that does nothing!
Also, fix your Apple TV app! That might solve a ton of issues on my end.
Good idea, but too many problems

Y family loves this when it works... It always freezes. We had to return to original sensor to get a new one after playing just a few days. I can’t play on my Apple TV anymore because the App is frozen. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and it doesn’t matter. Works okay on my phone, but still issues. The putting is also very inaccurate and my son gets very frustrated. Again, this is a great idea and very cool when it works properly, but it just has too many problems and is not consistent.
