1 month agoDear Mingle, I have just tried signing up with mingle for the first time and was blocked by a message that read: 'Your account has been reported many times' even though I do not nor have ever had an account. Please explain this for it is an error Regards Mark

1 month agoI’m not sure why I’m wasting my time. I’ve tried emailing you guys like 50 times. My account stopped working. It asked me to submit a picture for verification and it keeps denying it. Now I cannot use my account and I’m still paying for it. Is there actually anybody from a support team or customer service that even works for this site? I’m very frustrated. It’s been over a week and like I said I’m paying money for this. I’m running out of options and I’m going to have to do something about this. I’m very frustrated.

1 month agoFor some reason it has locked me out and says I need to take my picture for verification. I take the picture and it says my picture is rejected. I cannot use my account and I’m paying for it.

8 months agoThe site is not working for me. Can send emails, but none are responded to. And no one matches back with me. Not even the "BOTS". Plus I can no longer view the ladies I've viewed when clicking on account. All I see is ladies who liked me. And I don't even see a like me feature on the profile. Only a heart to click on, which all to often gets a response. But no longer as of about 5 days ago. And no one from Mingle2 is responding to my emails to them. They used to but not for a long time now. I say they're a fraud!!

3 years agohave been a member on this site for quite some times now. i reported that my account that i cud not access it due to photo verification. i have tried replacing the photo to allow me continue using the site but i cant go through. i reported this matter again to the site and nothing has been done so far. I feel frustrated since i cannot use the site. I therefore request the management of this site delete my account since i cannot leave my details on this site active.

To many scammers
I didn’t pay for a membership. I use the free chat I have talked numerous women that may claim to be women. Like the other person mentioned you’ll most likely end up talking to someone who wants have sex which leads to being scammed not that I have fallen for it, or you could be talking to some one for a few days then BAM “Hey can you get me a gift card” crap. Some ask you to chat on Google Hangouts like I was talking to someone on there from this app. They asked me what type of phone I use I told them then a couple of days later can you give me your account info for your phone provider so I can get the same phone that you have I said no because I don’t know my account info which is true because I do all my stuff at providers store then the next day I get the can you get me a gift card I think it was for Steam so they could go shopping I told them no because as a guy I know what Steam is like the one time I had someone ask me for a $100 Steam card to keep their internet active I once again said no and they call me from Google Hangouts and it’s a teenage boy crying because I wouldn’t get them what they wanted. Most people that I’ve found on here have the same profile with just a different name and picture, and the same height.

Well I wanted to try this app out is cool that it is free but I did pay for the membership but I only wanted a one month membership but they charged me for a 3 months membership instead and I emailed them and I got no response disappointing secondly my main dissatisfaction with this app is the constant scammers almost every girl I spoke to ended up being a scammer seriously I’ve talked to almost 35 or more girls in about 4 months they either want a iTunes card with in only a few days of chatting or they want some cam sex thing when I specifically say I am only interested in a serious relationship hope that Mingle2 can improve these faults then perhaps my opinion would improve of the app and I would then update my review and star rating 3/4/18 update they said yesterday that if I left I review they would offer me 48 hour vip interaction I last logged in today to only find out that my honest assessment was rejected goes to show you they only care about making u pay for full membership I’d be cautious and weary of this site I honestly have nothing but bad experiences here all scammers literally so sad and ridiculous

Majority “farmed” photos and fake profiles
I paid for a membership then regretted it after noticing almost every profile is clearly fake. Ages clearly don’t match to the people in the photos. Photos were stolen from real people I follow on places like Twitter, and I know for a fact these people are not LGBT members. Then they try and get your email address so they (whoever has these fake profiles, whether it’s Mingle2 or scam artists) can take it offline. There are also a lot of people from the Philippines using the site to find sugar daddies. I mean, clearly something is not right if 40 year olds with college aged photos in obscure made up sounding towns in the middle of nowhere are happening nonstop as you flip through photos. They are obviously trying to pump up the site to keep subscribers paying the fees, yet no reasonable people actually exist on here. Run far away.
