I didn’t pay for a membership. I use the free chat I have talked numerous women that may claim to be women. Like the other person mentioned you’ll most likely end up talking to someone who wants have sex which leads to being scammed not that I have fallen for it, or you could be talking to some one for a few days then BAM “Hey can you get me a gift card” crap. Some ask you to chat on Google Hangouts like I was talking to someone on there from Mingle2. They asked me what type of phone I use I told them then a couple of days later can you give me your account info for your phone provider so I can get the same phone that you have I said no because I don’t know my account info which is true because I do all my stuff at providers store then the next day I get the can you get me a gift card I think it was for Steam so they could go shopping I told them no because as a guy I know what Steam is like the one time I had someone ask me for a $100 Steam card to keep their internet active I once again said no and they call me from Google Hangouts and it’s a teenage boy crying because I wouldn’t get them what they wanted. Most people that I’ve found on here have the same profile with just a different name and picture, and the same height.

Too many fake profiles, scammers, catfish, and perverts; not enough real people in my area, if any who are actually real. Functionality of Mingle2 is garbage- search parameters are narrow and don’t save, so I end up seeing all people who are too old, too young, and almost always too far away. It would also be nice to have more criteria, such as maybe religion and smoking/drinking preference. The refresh rate is slower than cold turkey snot- I feel like I’m trying to use a 56k modem to get a message. (I swear I could hear that old digital screeching every time I tired to read a message.)
Mingle2 does have some benefits: you can send and read messages, you can view full profiles, and see pictures all for free. Unfortunately the detrimental features far outweigh the beneficial ones.

Well I wanted to try Mingle2 out is cool that it is free but I did pay for the membership but I only wanted a one month membership but they charged me for a 3 months membership instead and I emailed them and I got no response disappointing secondly my main dissatisfaction with Mingle2 is the constant scammers almost every girl I spoke to ended up being a scammer seriously I’ve talked to almost 35 or more girls in about 4 months they either want a iTunes card with in only a few days of chatting or they want some cam sex thing when I specifically say I am only interested in a serious relationship hope that this app can improve these faults then perhaps my opinion would improve of Mingle2 and I would then update my review and star rating 3/4/18 update they said yesterday that if I left I review they would offer me 48 hour vip interaction I last logged in today to only find out that my honest assessment was rejected goes to show you they only care about making u pay for full membership I’d be cautious and weary of this site I honestly have nothing but bad experiences here all scammers literally so sad and ridiculous

I’ve been on this six weeks to nine weeks and I have found it’s exciting to find somebody that you want to talk with but the longer you talk with him you find faults
The falls are all the females are scamming even the nicest ones are scamming they wait to the last moment when things are getting good and I’ll say Sunday hey I need $200 can you get me a steamship card or an iTunes card or PayPal. I find it repulsive aggravating unprofessional no checking of credentials and allowing these people to get an account divert you to either hang out or what’s up app
Fix it fix it fix it fix it please or remove that everything TV fixed by upgrading the cost work out the stupidness before you make a charge thank you and I hope you don’t take this offensively

Mingle2 is nothing but fakes and scammers. Everyone who likes me That I cannot see as I don’t have the paid version. Those are usually the fakes and scammers phishing victims. 99% are from Ghana.

Major changes need to be made on Mingle2. Here are some ideas that I have been telling you guys that you ignore and just give what feels like an automated message.

1. No add photo. (Take photo only)
2. Automatic location (state, town only)
3. Automatic info filled (based on location)
Note- birthday, name, and age are manually put in.
3. America servers only ( not Europe servers)
4. Do photo screens and see if the images are used in scams, nudity, or anything that may harm someone on Mingle2 .

These things would be a huge step into preventing scammers and fakes on your app. It would also increase your app ratting and reputation

you keep saying changes will be made in the near future. WHEN? I see no changes in anything to make Mingle2 better.

PLEASE. Do some of these changes. It will help in a huge way. These fakes, scammers, and webcam girls promoting their sites on here are crazy and flooding it to a point of that’s all there is on here.

I paid for a membership then regretted it after noticing almost every profile is clearly fake. Ages clearly don’t match to the people in the photos. Photos were stolen from real people I follow on places like Twitter, and I know for a fact these people are not LGBT members. Then they try and get your email address so they (whoever has these fake profiles, whether it’s this app or scam artists) can take it offline. There are also a lot of people from the Philippines using the site to find sugar daddies. I mean, clearly something is not right if 40 year olds with college aged photos in obscure made up sounding towns in the middle of nowhere are happening nonstop as you flip through photos. They are obviously trying to pump up the site to keep subscribers paying the fees, yet no reasonable people actually exist on here. Run far away.

Recently… There’s been a problem messages keep popping up on the screen every three seconds stating “Oops there’s been a problem” it won’t text and then five minutes later past texts will pop up into the stream. Poor experience with this program and I know it would be impossible but too many scammers and marketing and advertising falsely to get you to come to their WebCam website not real women also fake profiles of 20-year-old girls but say they’re 42 or say they’re 42 but look 18.

Reported a few people one person in particular Emily and emily and berti multiple times and she still pops up under Emily. The program opens very slowly when it appears you have new data to review.

I joined less than a day ago and have had over 40 messages. Yes that’s great except these messages are from women that: want me to watch their webcam, give them money, want me to pay for their escort service, want me to help bring them to the USA and get a green card, want me to wait for them so we can live together or get married, want personal information(I imagine to steal identity).
I joined to start dating again after being out of reach for the last 15 yrs due to a marriage that went bad. A lot has changed in 15 yes, so I thought I would start here. I’m getting no where. I see a whole bunch of scammers and very little women that want to just date. What a waste of my time that I’ll never get back. So sad

Haven’t really had Mingle2 for long to leave a star rating but there’s one thing I just don’t get with these apps. So basically people can like you but in order to like them back or even see their profile unless you pay. Why should I have to pay to see who likes me, it makes absolutely no sense what’s the point of telling me if I can’t do anything about it unless I pay. Not to mention they’re charging way too much and it’s not even worth it. It’s so stupid because that also means that if I like someone they can’t like me back unless they happen to stumble upon my profile. Mingle2 is literally just trying to get money, don’t waste your time and skip Mingle2

I considered trying the website out after dabbling with other sites because it seemed like a more realistic and sane approach to meeting an interested person. I actually made contact with a few people via the messenger and I was asked to respond to an email address or call a phone number to talk more or receive explicit pics! If the picture and profile was or is the person that contacted me , I guess I was successful but I also noticed many claimed very obscure cities that they originated from, I think it’s somewhat entertaining if you believe it’s real but you would have to make that call

App seems to contain all the same capabilities as the web site. It’s a little confusing to use at first.

App has some bugs to be fixed, I hope. I find myself having to shut Mingle2 down and re-launch multiple times because it simply doesn’t load content. I filed a bug report with the support team. Their response is that they are aware of the bug. No timetable given for newer versions which might address the issues.

That being said, I still tend to use it frequently. So although it’s got it’s bugs, it’s the best tool for the iPhone. It does work but I feel like it can be frustrating at times.

App can be slow at times, messages don’t always come in without refreshing or closing app then reopening app. Tons of fakes and scammers. Multiple accounts with same pic. Location matching needs work as you can put 50 miles away and you get matches that are thousands of miles away. Pics will show on match but when you click on View Profile, it cuts the picture in half so you can’t even see the persons face anymore. It’s good that you can message for free though. That’s why I gave it 3 stars instead of 1. I wish there was a Couple option for gender. Options like Couple seeking Female or male, or Female seeking Couple would be a nice addition as well.

They need to take more precautions or figure out something when people are signing up because it seems like very few were the people are real. Also Mingle2 is so low and the pictures are never high-quality most of them even the thumbnail is low quality. And if a picture of somebody is all blocky because they didn’t have a good upload how are we supposed to know what someone actually looks like? And it has to be the site because it is every picture. And if you go to the website on the computer the pictures are a little bit better but they’re still not good quality.
Mingle2 needs work because it is not only slow but it doesn’t always navigate well.

It wouldn’t take a lot to be able to verify people when they start an account other sites can do it without charging anybody so I don’t know why this site can’t

I like this app it works and you don’t have to pay to use the basic message features.

It is easy to use and I have messaged with a lot of people. However, the location filter could be improved. There is limited choice by distance. Also when doing the likes / not like the profiles repeat multiple times. Not sure if that is a second chance feature or bug. Also noticed I set for distance of 200 miles and I will still get California which is more like 3000 miles away.

Overall a good app just beware of the scammers but they are everywhere.

Mingle2 is great and all, excellent and easy to use.... the only problem is that there are SO MANY fake profiles it’s infuriating. Especially after 9pm most of the fake profiles are on..... when you like a profile at this time of night they send a fake email that shouldn’t exist or they send a link to a non existent site, which is also infuriating. Like I said Mingle2 is great.... but watch out for those fake profiles.... not to mention when you see women who are nude..... DO NOT like them they are FAKE.... just a tip

I have used dating apps for about 10 years after
Marriage ended, they suit my lifestyle for meeting ladies, just started this app and have to say they have a very active contact population. No problem getting into conversation with any number of people I find attractive. I am impressed, have to give them 5 stars. I know people reading this say 10 years using dating apps who the hell is this loser. Keep thinking that I have a lot of new friends that we can or can not grab a meal or something. I might meet the one someday but meanwhile I will be on mingle 2.

Hi I think you should advertise you or what you are involved in to people customers clients and people that are membership members all of the above. Thank you then you should see that when registering you only need mingle ok now you going to zoosk or the other is a referral but a referral of member only . Now there is commission affiliate with no plan it’s in contract owner means one sole individual. Then you get the money what they are doing is just getting membership passes to pass out for compensation . Will explain more later numbered again that’s why you are off right now and it seem like you’re stealing or someone is . Like 3500 is missing right these other companies don’t have that problem ok now neither do I just seems as if you’re management Ceo or hired as if we need the extra help or non profit under this company. Or community service.

this app is excellent. It is simple to use and takes only minutes to get started. The prompts, tips and safety messages provide important information to the beginner.
this app has an overwhelming number of users so you certainly will not be disappointed and the opportunity to meet new people.
I would strongly recommend this site to anyone that is interested in online dating. It really is the only site that you need. My only words of advice would be "have patience and courage, be honest and go have fun".

I have communicated with a lot of people however I’m not into long distance relationships but people from 1000’s of miles away still come up. Just be careful I have found that there are many a long way a way and after you think you get to know them, you find out they don’t have phones to talk with you unless you either get a phone for them or send them money supposedly to get a phone. Then they’ll ask you to send money for food, utilities, medical needs or something. NEVER fall for that and don’t send money. I may have found my soul mate on this site.

Ok I’m going to give Mingle2 5 stars just on the way it is easy to use with the basic messaging system being free. It is a great app to meet people and chat with them over the free messaging system in place now for the but! Mingle2 can be improved by some how limiting the number of scammers in Mingle2 . The scammers are easy to identify always asking for iTunes cards, gas to come see you cause they don’t have any or they need to buy food. Just don’t give or ever send money and you should be good. Just a heads up there’s a lot of scammers in Mingle2 . With that said Mingle2 is very good and easy to use just need to get the scammers out

Mingle2 itself is good. It’s allows you to search candidates locally and internationally. Also allows you to send free messages.
My biggest complaint is that there seems to be a lot of candidates on Mingle2 looking for “hookups” and quite a few scammers which Mingle2 does warn you about when signing up. Also the choice of people on Mingle2 also seems to be very sub par / below average. This is not the fault of Mingle2 and the reason I give it 4 stars and not 5.
