I have problems with swiping back from a list. It seems that it’s too easy to swipe back to the Workspace from a list - it should be much more difficult! I have accidentally swiped back many times in the middle of typing; sometimes I can’t even get through a sentence. If you swipe left from anywhere in the list - even if your finger was on the far right side of the page - it takes you back. Whenever I’m trying to select a bit of text...it takes me back. I’m really annoyed with this seeing as Taskade concept itself is gold, I just really want it to be usable.
Taskade design is nice, and minimal which I like - however, I feel like there should be some font customization...I’m not a huge fan of the font that’s in here now. Not even per-list customization, just a general font for the whole app that you could choose. But this isn’t a real problem for me, just a feature I’d love to see.
Another small customization feature I’d love are little things you can find in other apps - more highlight colors (gray is the one I really want to see), a gray option for Workspaces (huge fan of the color, haha), maybe swipe actions. The option to add your own custom bullets would be really great, or even to color the bullets instead of highlighting text. Highlighted text in Taskade looks rather unappealing to me. All this said, Taskade design is quite good, although I much prefer the more streamlined and spacious Mac version.

As a person who loves to make lists but rarely gets what’s on the list done, Taskade really helps me do both. All my lists can (finally!) be in one place. It’s fun for me to check things off and watch them be crossed off the list, but still see what I’ve accomplished. It’s so well organized and I can’t wait to use it even more. It’s quick and easy to use so I don’t spend 45 minutes procrastinating by making a list (a bad habit of mine) and actually am getting things done.
The only thing I am unsatisfied with is I wish there was a calendar on Taskade. It would unable me to make lists for specific dates ahead of time to plan ahead. As a student that would be so helpful for homework and due dates. Taskade would then become the best planner/organizer I’ve ever seen, app or paper (and I’m kinda obsessed with making lists, so that’s saying a lot)! Another feature I would appreciate is different designs for the lists, for example different emojis to choose from, different bullet-points, etc. but that’s just a personal thing I would like. I’m so glad Taskade was recommended to me!

I use this app multiple times every single day and it's been absolutely life-changing in the best ways. What once got scribbled down on many (often forgotten) sticky notes, now gets written into one of my many organized checklists, idea brainstorms, and other neatly crafted beautifully designed this app docs which have led to more mental clarity & increased action taken on my goals and to-dos. I love being able to check things off and celebrate another tasktaken on and completed, as well as jot down ideas and categorize them into their own unique folders. The features are amazing, practical, and have become an essential part of my day. Thank you all so much for bringing such a meaningful platform into the world and making it so accessible both financially and with how easy it is to navigate. This is my favorite app!

I tried this app, just like other apps, that could help my insanely busy schedule. I had pretty much given up on finding a solution. Instantly, upon using it I knew my search was over. I cannot think of one thing to add to make this review more criticized. Everything about it from being easy to use to never ever failing to work is covered. The ease of use and being able to use it on every device and with my partner has been so perfect.

And you will probably get blown away at their customer service. They care at this app and will do everything they can to help you in anyway they can. Fast, friendly, professional, patient and understanding. I’m part of the this app family forever. THANK YOU for making my work and personal life a smooth transition into finally being organized!!!

I NEVER write many reviews, but knew I needed to praise Taskade with a 5-star review.

I’m such a visual learner with squirrel brain and trying to figure out what I should put my focus on and trust me when I say I have used SO many apps to try to keep me organized but this one is by far my favorite for a few reasons.

I love that it’s very user-friendly that even the super non-techy person could figure it out.

I love how clean and clear my thoughts can be planned out and the user face makes that possible. Seriously, I have the talent of naturally making things harder but this app’s user face doesn’t let that happen. I can see clearly how I’m going to get from point A to point B, and even if I make a giant list, this app makes it easy to organize it simply and it helps me largely with staying on task.

I love that I can toggle between layouts on desktop, but would love to be able to do that on iPad & mobile which I haven’t figured out how to or if it’s even a feature that could be workable.

As someone who has a difficult time with focusing, I’ve found this app has sped up my process because I already know what I have to do.

Simply put, this app is worth it and your squirrel brain will thank you later!

Have yet to find an app as great as this one! I love the IOS app and chrome extension! It is so convenient to have it on my phone and also access it by opening a new tab on Google given that I still have a lot of online classes! I use this app as a calendar and as a weekly to do list! Each time I complete a task I just delete it. For reoccurring weekly tasks I just mark as complete and select hide completed tabs. At the end of the week I unhide my reoccurring tasks & type up my nee ones. The founders are extremely kind and will respond to you if you have any questions.

Overall the performance of Taskade is great. It’s sleek, it’s simple to use and it helps someone like me who gets a bit distracted. I love making to do list but wanted to cut back on the amount of paper I use so this is perfect, and it’s not as complicated as other apps have seemed to be for me. I also love that you have ‘workspaces’ as that allows you to not only separate but also prioritize your list. The other great feature is the high lighting, other apps have no presented that option and I do enjoy making the important things stand out!
Perhaps it’s a bug but my list in my workspace seem to be smushed together. It is a little unpleasant to the eye, and it does frustrate me a tad. It’s almost as thought the text is too big, and it cuts off. If that could be fixed then Taskade would be 5/5 for me. I have no other issues besides that one, I will continue to use Taskade!

It’s a delicately built app with all the features you may need! Beside the practical tools it also has a beautifully designed user interface which just not boost your speed for planning but it’s also simple to interact with.
The only thing which I can’t understand is why notifications appear at the “end time” of a task which has a range for due time but not at the beginning. I would really appreciate it if developers add the option through which users would be able to set a notification for the beginning time of a task since many users would know when is the time to begin and if they miss the beginning a notification at the end wouldn’t help.

Been following them since Taskade came out. Uninstalled after few months because Taskade was rather new. Glad they didn’t abandon Taskade after I came back after years and you can definitely see the improvements. However, there’s one simple function that I wish the developers can fix or add, the Restore/Back/Ctrl+Z function when someone deletes a task, comment or multiple selected tasks. There were many times that the team, including myself would like to restore a task immediately after we deleted or accidentally deleted but it doesn’t work. It can be frustrating sometimes. Hope this small issue could be addressed soon. Lovely app!

I’m basically trying every single task management and to do list that’s cross platform now so I can stay organized both personally (Mac and iOS) and professionally (PC). This by far is my favorite interface. It’s soooo cute (love it) and simple to use on all devices. The only reason I don’t give it five stars is because it is still missing one key point for me to use that’s highlighting task by schedule at dashboard.
The reminder doesn’t work for me for some reason and it will take me to manually go through all projects lists to figure out what’s due today and tomorrow. If the due today tasks can be auto highlighted at dashboard I would stick with Taskade and don’t mind at all paying for it 😁

App needs more work scheduling time intervals, recurring tasks (eg: every 4th friday of the month). Taskade seems to not sync consistently. Only some of my tasks are synced on Google calendar, the others seem to either not synced or pushed to the next day. Cannot add notes on tasks so I have to use the comment section to enter my notes. Taskade require tooooo much time to set up. It needs an option to let user know if app is syncing or allowing users to git push =D
I appreciate the API option, however, used your API for a web app I’m developing. But seriously, please take a look at the calendar integration because it’s not convenient anymore if users have to check back and forth between applications and verify their tasks.

Pop up calendar is confusing. The numbers are overlapping and om top if other numbers?? Actual calendar days are not appearing. I have an iphone 8, so a little surprised its not working correctly. Picking a due date is a crap shoot. Secondly, I have the “hide completed” on, but the line item is just grayed out and not gone completely. It takes up room on the list. Hide means it should be completely out of the list. Thirdly,
It forces u to make a sub folder when its not needed. When naming a prime folder it assumes that there will be subfolders within it. I hate that feature because its make two layers to actually get to the list. Other than those items It works pretty well. Just please get the calendar look worked out. If not I will have to delete Taskade . Its a game breaker.

I will tell you right now - if you’re not sure if you want to get Taskade or not, DO IT!
I really like the simplistic and intuitive design, it’s pretty straightforward on how to use the application. My only issue is with the night mode, sometimes I struggle to see the text that I’m typing. Maybe I’m missing some setting? Not sure.
I like how you have different templates that are very useful and relevant to everyday life. Please please please make more of them, I love every single aspect of them!
Honestly, I just want to say thank you for creating Taskade and making my workflow more efficient than normal 💕

As someone who tend to forget things and is lazy to open apps/softwares, this is perfect! I mostly use this on my laptop and I love that every time I open a new tab, all my lists are there. It forces me to look at due dates and things I need to do. I also love its simple and minimalistic look. I was adding widgets to my iPhone the other day and was surprised that it didn’t have a widget. I think it’ll be really convenient if that was a feature. Hopefully that’s something we’d see in the future!

I’ve tried a lot of different task-based apps and this is by far the best one! People are in love with Things but it seems over complicated and not as customizable as this app. One idea would be to allow us to change the color of our text. When setting ups my weekly schedule, I would love to be able to change the color of my work events so they stand out differently from school events. I know highlighting is an option, but that doesn’t seem to look as sleek as I would like for my purposes. Overall, keep up the good work! I can’t wait to see how far Taskade will go!

I never write reviews, and I rarely try new apps. Most productivity and project management apps are too labor intensive to get up and running, or to learn how to use, and end up being counterproductive in the end. this app is different. My whole team uses it, and my spouse and I use it for planning in our family life. It is intuitive to learn, attractive, functional, and Taskade is always improving and adding new features. I honestly do not know what I would do without it. Thank you this app!

this app has a cleaner UI & an incredibly smooth transition of real time editing. I wanted an app that I could use with my student nursing group. We made separate tabs on each subject & we upload important tables & charts to refer back to quickly, as opposed to logging in.. or searching for it in the book. I like that we can choose the board or list view & more. Fave part is that you can upload your own background & make it customizable to you. I’m hopeful for other features in the future. ☺️

Simplest to use app I’ve found for shared reusable templates- ie a babysitting checklist, Airbnb host checklist, daily mental wellness checklist.

Been a daily user for half a year now— soo I have 5 templates set up for my Monday thru Friday - and every Monday I activate the Monday template and I have everything I need ready to go. No copy and paste of old info.

I tried running my schedule out of my iPhone notes before finding this - notes was good for one off tasks but not good for recurring schedules

Also if you’re part of a household and the chore list is the same but every week a diff person handles it- this is great for that— you get alerts as each person checks things off! ✅✅

Lastly- the interface is fast, easy to navigate, and really good at what it’s for. I use both the website and iOS app. Recommend.

I like the style of lists you can make and how when you check something off it shades it out but you can still see it. And I’m probably using this for different reasons that it was intended. I’m using it for my own personal check lists that I need to take care of at home or even Christmas and grocery shopping lists. So far my favorite list app because of the format it uses.

I’ve tried 15 or 20 of the free to do apps and this app is by far my favorite. This is due to the flexibility to create high level key areas, then projects within those areas, then tasks within those projects...combined with the ability to give the task a due date and assign a person to it. Also like that tasks that go overdue queue up in the ‘past due’ section of ‘my tasks’. Only recommendation I would make is to have the calendar sort in time order and show the time assigned to the task.
