Nice UI, UX needs work.

App needs more work scheduling time intervals, recurring tasks (eg: every 4th friday of the month). The app seems to not sync consistently. Only some of my tasks are synced on Google calendar, the others seem to either not synced or pushed to the next day. Cannot add notes on tasks so I have to use the comment section to enter my notes. The app require tooooo much time to set up. It needs an option to let user know if app is syncing or allowing users to git push =D
I appreciate the API option, however, used your API for a web app I’m developing. But seriously, please take a look at the calendar integration because it’s not convenient anymore if users have to check back and forth between applications and verify their tasks.

Pop up calendar is confusing. The numbers are overlapping and om top if other numbers?? Actual calendar days are not appearing. I have an iphone 8, so a little surprised its not working correctly. Picking a due date is a crap shoot. Secondly, I have the “hide completed” on, but the line item is just grayed out and not gone completely. It takes up room on the list. Hide means it should be completely out of the list. Thirdly,
It forces u to make a sub folder when its not needed. When naming a prime folder it assumes that there will be subfolders within it. I hate that feature because its make two layers to actually get to the list. Other than those items It works pretty well. Just please get the calendar look worked out. If not I will have to delete the app. Its a game breaker.

I’ve tried 15 or 20 of the free to do apps and Taskade is by far my favorite. This is due to the flexibility to create high level key areas, then projects within those areas, then tasks within those projects...combined with the ability to give the task a due date and assign a person to it. Also like that tasks that go overdue queue up in the ‘past due’ section of ‘my tasks’. Only recommendation I would make is to have the calendar sort in time order and show the time assigned to the task.
