I’m about to report this company to the BBB. After verifying my account with no problem, setting up my 2FA with no problem and transferring my coin with no problem, I suddenly found myself with a 2FA that no longer worked.
I thought “Odd, but I can sort this with customer service since my account is verified.” No.
After a month of multiple messages coming from me and only TWO from them- one of which was them asking how my costumer service experience was when there was none, and the other a copy-paste of their FAQ which I obviously read prior to contact, I’ve given up hope that I even matter as a potential consumer.
Save yourselves the headache and loss, I’m not the only one who’s had this problem.
They don’t give you any kind if warning that their system is not compatible with certain coins so when you send the coins, you won’t receive it! They’ll pretend to “research” it, but months later, still nothing. Be like Binance, suspend deposits if your system isn’t compatible. Now I’m out $200 because I wanted to give your system a try.
App is constantly logging everything from my device clipboard. Not just on an address page, but all the time.
Fix this issue and I’ll reconsider the rating. Interface is fairly good.
There is a bug problem specially in IOS version of this app while we want to check our assets .

When I want to buy or sell I need to click on “send message”. On iPhone I have problem because it’s not match with my screen
I can't use with ios 10, that must be reason.
Easy to use app, but current version should not delete/reset security setup after update, as in my case fingerprint lock which vanished
