Terrible app

The app is worse than previous years. I choose my schedule a couple of weeks ago and then the app would freeze every time I opened it. Now my schedule is gone and I need to start over. The problem is, I cannot use the app, it is always frozen. I have closed and reopened the app numerous times and have deleted and reinstalled it all to no avail. Useless app. I hope it is fixed before the conference starts this week.
Horrible App

This app has always been glitchy for past conventions. This wasn’t an issue because I always had a printed program I could use. However this year that won’t be the case and I can’t even get this app to open up so I can see what will be available at the convention. No idea what I’m going to do, so terribly frustrated.
App freezes

I have newest iOS 15. Cant view the sessions. Won’t load. I can access some of the features and then the app freezes. I hope this is fixed before next week. Useless.
