Terrible app

ASHAConvention is worse than previous years. I choose my schedule a couple of weeks ago and then ASHAConvention would freeze every time I opened it. Now my schedule is gone and I need to start over. The problem is, I cannot use ASHAConvention , it is always frozen. I have closed and reopened ASHAConvention numerous times and have deleted and reinstalled it all to no avail. Useless app. I hope it is fixed before the conference starts this week.
Horrible App

ASHAConvention has always been glitchy for past conventions. This wasn’t an issue because I always had a printed program I could use. However this year that won’t be the case and I can’t even get ASHAConvention to open up so I can see what will be available at the convention. No idea what I’m going to do, so terribly frustrated.
App freezes

I have newest iOS 15. Cant view the sessions. Won’t load. I can access some of the features and then ASHAConvention freezes. I hope this is fixed before next week. Useless.
Glitchy

ASHAConvention was terrible 2 years ago and is still just as awful now. Takes forever to load and will randomly freeze.

ASHAConvention must have been made by the people who used to work on Internet Explorer. $225 annually for life to ASHA and this is what they give us back?

I am currently using ASHAConvention at ASHA and I am not finding it very helpful. I just grabbed the pocket planner to use instead.
Worst App I’ve Ever Used

Considering the outrageous dues and fees we pay to be associated with ASHA, I’m genuinely shocked at how bad ASHAConvention is. It doesn’t even load properly, and has zero functionality for me. Zero stars if I could.

Worked great for me the whole conference, 2023! I never write reviews. I expected it to be awful cause of the reviews. I had to come set the record straight. Great app! I have an iPhone 🤷🏻♀️ maybe it makes a difference

The Convention App is designed to ensure that both attendees and those who cannot attend the ASHA Convention have unlimited access to the event by providing information about sessions (including handouts and final presentations), events and exhibits, as well as providing networking opportunities and social media connectivity.
Bringing together approximately 15,000 attendees, the Annual Convention offers more than 2,500 sessions eligible for ASHA continuing education credit covering the latest research, clinical skills, and techniques in communication sciences and disorders.
The ASHA Convention is one of the largest professional development events for speech-language pathologists, audiologists and speech, language and hearing scientists.
The 2021 ASHA Convention will be held at the Walter Washington Convention Center, D.C., on November 18-20, 2021.
The three days of the convention provide a once-a-year in-person opportunity to learn and network.
