I want to report sanitation truck 193009. License plate 140-3141.Our trash should be collected around 10 - 10:30 in the morning as always. I don't go anywhere at that time on purpose because of collection. I was entering my alley around 5 pm, and this driver was just now picking up garbage!!! I waited at the end of the street to get in my alley for at least 10 minutes and he just sat there, not moving. All he had to do was back up a few feet so I could get in my driveway, but refused and just sat there. He was extremely rude. There is no excuse to pick up garbage at 5 pm in the evening when people are trying to come home from work!! He said he was busy doing something this morning! Do these people not have normal work hours??? This is inexcusable. I live on Picasso Place in the Le Louvre subdivision.
Recycle

I don’t think you have written a concise and up-to-date list or explanation of what can be recycled. At one time I read to place the lids on the recycled items. That’s confusing because sometimes the lid has no Recycle #, or not one you accept. Do I throw those lids in trash or put them on the recycled item? Perfect example is a cola bottle: I hesitate every time and that’s become very discouraging.
I think you should have a person who is assigned to making everything clearer and much less confusing.

This is a very helpful app to make working with the city better!
One feature that would be nice: when I am working on a request if I go to another App to collect notes or review what I captured and go back into the App the service request starts over. It would be great to save the state of an in process service request so a user can cross reference with other phone apps.

This app is such a welcome surprise. I never expected a city utility to have a quality, consistently performant app like this. The push notifications are extremely helpful without being excessive, and the app experience is very intuitive. No frills, just gives you exactly what you need. Great job Dallas app team!
