ASHA Convention Status

Bringing together approximately 15,000 attendees, the Annual Convention offers more than 2,500 sessions eligible for ASHA continuing education credit covering the latest research, clinical skills, and techniques in communication sciences and disorders.  The ASHA Convention is one of the largest professional development events for speech-language pathologists, audiologists and speech, language and hearing scientists.  The 2021 ASHA Convention will be held at the Walter Washington Convention Center, D. C. , on November 18-20, 2021.  The three days of the convention provide a once-a-year in-person opportunity to learn and network.  An Exhibit Hall features more than 300 companies offering the latest products and services dedicated to the professions.  The Convention App is designed to ensure that both attendees and those who cannot attend the ASHA Convention have unlimited access to the event by providing information about sessions (including handouts and final presentations), events and exhibits, as well as providing networking opportunities and social media connectivity.
