Phonak app stops working when trying to login in - i have to reboot it and click continue without an account to use the audio functions. But I can't use the health function because the app won't let me sign in.

Close and restart the Phonak Guide app on iPhone
Update Phonak Guide app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Phonak Guide iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Phonak Guide on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Phonak Guide network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Phonak Guide not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Phonak Guide App
1. On android, goto Settings » Phonak Guide » click [Force Stop]

Update Phonak Guide to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Phonak Guide App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Phonak Guide » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Phonak Guide.

Fix Phonak Guide unable to contact server/ Phonak Guide internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Phonak Guide » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Phonak Guide » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
