Worthless and difficult to use

I decided to install this in order to get a discount on my car insurance with Farm Bureau and it is the most useless app I’ve ever downloaded! It worked accurately for about one month and now I can’t open it to see anything!! It just spins and spins and spins, showing that it’s trying to do SOMETHING but nothing happens. Then I get a notification that there has been no activity for a week when I drive at least 20 miles a day. Now my insurance will go up again because I haven’t used the app, even though I’m TRYING to use it - it’s not working!!!!
Come on, Farm Bureau. It’s 2023. Get it together. Hire quality developers. I’ve deleted and reinstalled this app multiple times hoping to get it to work. Even my insurance agent can’t seem to help.

Poor app

This app is extremely bad for battery life, a 15 minute drive drains over 10% of my battery but the same drive with the app disabled didn’t change battery percentage. The accuracy monitoring speed and location is not good. It would tell me I had been speeding but hadn’t been but then trying to test when I knew was over it didn’t capture it. If you are going to use this app to help monitor drivers for accountability it needs to be more accurate. If you claim it is to help you become a better driver it needs to give you feedback. Now that I am out of the period where it learns my driving it no longer provides me the feedback. Apparently the data only goes to whomever is monitoring you.
Too many issues

This app is difficult to navigate and needs to be more adaptable to user preference. I have 3 notifications showing on my app icon, but when I actually go into the app, there are no notifications. The app won't record my husband's drives to the point that he is getting messages about losing the discount, all due to the app issues. I hate that it auto confirms trips if I have been on that route before. My husband and I drive the same roads and alternate driving. If I forget to "ignore" the trips, then his drives are affecting my scores.
