Callback mode only

Can not get to WiFi mode. Getting “The domain name entered for SIP Address can not be resolved. * OpenScape Voice server authorization was not successful” error at login. I only can reach Callback Mode. The same SIP address is working on the the earlier OSMO version. Another IT person is also getting this error.
