This is an incredible app and seemed to offer everything I could want. Unfortunately, medicines don’t match up with the American versions/availability. If it is ever expanded to the pharmacology of the US I’ll be first in line for this tool! Without the pharmacology it doesn’t meet my needs.

I use it to track my bowel movements everyday. It's very helpful for when I have doctors appointments or test/procedures done because when they ask how many times a day I go or about my bleeding and what not all the information is there on my phone and completely accurate because it's recorded.

Seriously if you have gut issues download this or another app that works for you before talking to your doctor, they are going to ask you to track ALL the things you can do in MyIBDCare and if you start early you will be ahead of the game before starting a dialog with your doctor

Useful app with lots of options for tracking symptoms & food, as well as the facility to export the data to a spreadsheet. Very responsive developer - I had some problems with exporting not working as expected but he replied quickly to my email & released an update to fix the bug.
