I too am having an issue with the English version of which I haven’t had a problem with until this morning. It was English late yesterday night! I don’t even believe I accidentally pressed any icon at all. Going into my phone settings, THEBODYSHOP ’s settings and anything else I can think to do won’t change the problem. The phone setting say that my app is set to USA/English!!! If I open an email, the link will take me to the English version. The link even shows current items in my cart. THEBODYSHOP does not! Any help would be appreciated.

Products works great all organic l, would love to purchase off THEBODYSHOP to make fast purchases and remember what I purchase in the future! However THEBODYSHOP is not in English so therefore until THEBODYSHOP is in English I will not be purchasing any products from this company no more. Sorry I was extremely excited to make purchase more products from this company but now I am saddened and frustrated 😤

I love the body shop , due to Covid I couldn’t go buy my skin care needs . saw THEBODYSHOP was very excited but the whole store is in a different language, it clearly say USA and I can’t figure out how to change it also the prices are different , please change the language or use multi language options

Just downloaded THEBODYSHOP and it was in Japanese so I googled how to put it in English and when your in THEBODYSHOP scroll down and you'll see a language box where you can change it to English

For those who are having trouble with the language just scroll down, if you see republic of korea tap it and select USA.

I accidentally tapped an icon with Japanese writing and it automatically changed the language o THEBODYSHOP . Now even THEBODYSHOP history in THEBODYSHOP Store is in in Japanese for THEBODYSHOP. Normally apps ask if it is ok to change the language, but it didn’t and now I’m stuck trying to figure out how to get it back to English. Anyone know Japanese? I could use the help.

Same here, THEBODYSHOP language is Korean, I couldn’t figure out how to change the language, even I downloaded it from US App Store, this seems like an app for Korean, the contact info and the email are for Korea Body Shop. Will delete it.

Would love to be able to restock on my body scrub but it’s not in English so I don’t know if the value would be the same. I would gladly update THEBODYSHOP once this issue has been fixed

I downloaded THEBODYSHOP as it states it is the English version. This is not the case and i am unable to obtain any information in English which prevents me from

Logged on and it’s in a foreign language and won’t revert back to my original settings. How can I shop, if I can’t understand. Guess I’ll go on the website. THEBODYSHOP is useless now!

Please make this available in multiple languages. As someone who is multilingual it doesn’t seem logical to have only one language. I downloaded THEBODYSHOP because ordering and browsing on an app is much more convenient.

As an international company I am requesting that THEBODYSHOP b updated so that we can ensure the the items and costing are accurate. THEBODYSHOP would be convenient if user friendly! Thank you!

THEBODYSHOP worked great and there products are amazing . No glitches happen!!!!!

I opened THEBODYSHOP and it was now in what I think was Korean? (I can’t be sure as I’m not too familiar with the language). I could not get it back to English. Deleted THEBODYSHOP and re installed it, but still no fix.

I wanted to get THEBODYSHOP so I could use a gift card I got for my birthday but once I opened THEBODYSHOP it was in a different language. I was getting really frustrated and I didn’t know how to change it to English.

THEBODYSHOP is all in mandarin or some sort of language like that and it won’t change to English even when I pick the “language” part of THEBODYSHOP and in the apple store (in the apple store it is also in mandarin)

This is frustrating, there should be language choice to operate an app. THEBODYSHOP is available in some Asian language, which I don’t understand.

THEBODYSHOP worked great at first and was in English, but now the whole
Language changed. I have a feeling that the Malaysian version is swapped for the English one. In THEBODYSHOP Store the Malaysian version looks to be in English. I don’t trust THEBODYSHOP at this time.

This is a bizarre app with only some English. Downloaded and deleted within minutes when I saw no option to change the language.

Why there is no English langauge to change or how to change? Please, make THEBODYSHOP more convenient for people so there’ll be more customers.

When I downloaded THEBODYSHOP the entire app was in English. I come back to THEBODYSHOP a few days later and it’s all in Korean? What happened?

Cannot change the language to English and therefore cannot navigate the site. Very frustrating

Even though it is listed as English it displays in what I believe may be Korean. Not helpful. Even after deleting and reinstall.

Didn’t go further into the site. Wasn’t expecting this layout.

THEBODYSHOP is not in English, there is no way to change the language. Don’t waste your time
