I tried to put down the state that I live in, yet it only gave me Singapore.

New updates disable my route? Tried reset phone etc can’t work. Tried reinstall can’t work either. Hiak hiak then I realize need more steps via nearby ride to get to My route. UX degraded with this upgrade. Just like now need to more step using external navigation app then grab app itself. Wonder why increase steps just to get ppl use grab function? Rather than improve UX and make app better?

I have had GRAB cancel food orders several times AFTER an hour and a half wait. That is bad business for the restaurants AND the customer. GRAB needs to figure out driver availability before accepting orders.

Don’t count on getting anywhere on time. Do count on being canceled on or lied to and being late. 10 minute ride, add atleast 40-50 minutes cushion for that.

The apps always crash!!!
The apps using too much battery consumption!!!
It’s really not stable because during AirPort queue the apps crashed and driver need to restart queue from begining again!!! Such a stupid unstable apps!!! How people want to make money from your apps!!! Poor Grab drivers!!!

Wasting driver time

Reserved a ride to the airport the night before to ensure we wouldn’t miss our flight.
The morning of the flight, about 10 minutes before our scheduled pick up time - the ride was canceled!
They can take a reservation but they can’t keep a reservation.

It is always asking me to do an update when it is already updated. App store says its updated and button says open. But everytime you open GrabDriver , it says update required.

This unicorn won’t last long, if their service staff don’t take their drivers or potential drivers seriously. GrabDriver is rigid ride prices too high for passengers to settle with grab app.

re-opening my grab driver account for the first time

Almost every trip will force close as long as I running Waze. Please fix

There’s never available drivers

Your map doesn’t have half of the places! Also, gps locating on it doesn’t work. Your map sends the driver to the previous drop off point instead of the new pick up point. The map and gps do not serve for anything!

Mana nih pengaturan tujuan? Map kadang balik lagi ke titik area pick up sehabis drop off, gimana mau dapet new order kalo begini???

We need to change the ringtone, because the ringtone sometime we can’t hear.

Đề nghị map chỉ đường gần nhất, mục định hướng trong app toàn chỉ đường cho xe ô tô, nhiều đoạn xe máy bị cấm vào, tôi dùng ios
Dùng androi có định hướng cho xe máy nhưng máp cập nhật rất chậm làm mất khách cũng như tgian của đối tác

Grab save my life 💕

Ibeen with grab for maybe three years. Though I tend to just work as a driver seasonally during the tourist months etc. During that time I've had good and bad experineces. But mostly good!! That's why my high rating. I'm only taking away one star because sometimes it feels like the customers have more options for canceling jobs etc whereas with grab drivers it is limited. This is really something they could fix. Once that is fixed it will be easier for drivers to keep their strong rating without losing it for silly reasons. I'll keep driving with grab as its still the best optino as far as driving for a living goes. Just allowing drivers to cancel the job if the customer isn't appearing and things like that would make GrabDriver lots better. 4 stars from this driver with hope of improvement to come.

There is no option to the driver to cancel the order if passengers braking the covid 19 procedure. The only option to cancel are
Acceted the job by aacident.
Can’t reach the time.
Both of options effected to performa of driver, which is teally discrimination.
