If I could give 0 stars I would. I reached out on a Thursday requesting information about their plans. I tried to schedule a demo on the website, but there are no demos available. The phone number on their website does not work, so after sending them several emails and chatting with their automated AI chat box, I finally got a response back the following Tuesday… pretty lousy communication skills for not just any business, but a COMMUNICATION TECH COMPANY. They are based in India, so it is very hard to get in touch with them if you are in other time zones. After asking them about their call tracking feature which they advertise online as costing $30 for 10 phone numbers so that I can track which Marketing initiatives are producing leads, they tell me that my business is in ineligible and send me the eligibility criteria. I respond explaining that I think they have the wrong user, as my company fulfills all their bogus requirements. They responded with copy pasted messages that they are sorry they can help because of the ineligibility and now have stopped responding. CLEARLY THEY OFFER SERVICES THEY DO NOT PROVIDE, AND AS IS CONSISTENT WITH OTHER REVIEWS, PROVIDE BAD SERVICE AND ARE UNRESPONSIVE.

How can you make an app that doesn't support Google sign in when it's a feature for the website? Can't even access my account I've had for overall year

Sent all my details multiple times they dont activate it and you cant use it

It’s just a scale to waste your time. Couldn’t even get customer service… straight garbage.

Once I downloaded CallHippo it asked me to sign in but I don’t have an account yet and there’s no option to signup “THE WORST “ I see why CallHippo only has two stars

App’s crashing on my iOS device. Not able to receive calls or send texts.

System does not work, can’t receive texts, calls drop, customer support team will not let you leave or quit your plan!

I thought this would make it so I could get a local phone number in Mexico on my US cell phone. Great idea but I can't actually answer any phone calls!!

Web site and application verified 84 South Korean numbers. When you try to get a number they all of a sudden are out. The support is run by a bot. The whole thing seems like a scam to collect business e-mails. Stay away from this.

The software and service is subpar. Just educate your self and look at the reviews of this company and the service they provide. If there was a negative star this service and software will get it for sure

Deceptive plans, credits, and pricing. Wanted a single line, ended up being charged for two users. When contacting support, I was told sorry for your bad luck and they wouldn’t cancel and refund. Buyer beware with this company.

This service barely worked. Receiving texts worked and I could send a text, but each text I sent appeared to come from a different number. Nobody could reply to me.

At some point last month, my virtual number disappeared from my account without any warning. I was billed for the service anyway. When I asked for a refund, I received no response from the developer.

Also, there appears to be no way to cancel the monthly bills in spite of receiving no service.

I paid for the service for my business.
1. Paid early July barely used it because I was waiting for my number to transfer over.
2. Finally transferred over then my number didn’t work.
3. Needed 24 hours before I could use - mind you this is 2 weeks after I paid.
4. Gave them 4 days to take care of it! Went to sign into my account and I was blocked out and they told me they needed more time.
I took all the steps they told me to take - I waited like they asked. Now I can’t contact anyone to get a full refund for a service that they weren’t even able to help me with. Chat only says “sorry that’s a different department” “I understand your frustration but I’m afraid you will need to wait” ridiculous.

Horrible trying to set up. Tried to upload and contacts and had to go back and forth with support in attempt to use dialer, and never able do so. And then borderline harrassed with their infamous “5-email count down”. Then, a person name “Vashali Pandita” would Not stop emailing and essentially refused to Not charged my credit, after my refusing the trial service, and all together. I had to block them from keep sending emails. I highly-recommend in continuing your search elsewhere for your dialer needs, stay away from CallHippo developer all together. Good luck!

I am not able open account
On regular gmail
And company doesn’t answer question
Even when I give them my business email
They can still answer questions if they support another countries phone numbers.
And not helpful open account at all.

We primarily use the phone app and not the desktop version for our business. Have been using for a couple of years. Some days it works fine, other day the phone doesn’t ring and send people straight to voicemail. Wish text messages accepted photos, as customers try to text us images to help with their issues. Wish they would invest more time into improving the IOS app so we could feel more confident using it.

If I open or select CallHippo on my iPhone X, it will pop up then just disappear. But CallHippo is actually open in background and selectable of open apps. Impossible to make call from. Please fix this!

Should allow to send international messages

A great VOIP calling app with equally great support & services. I needed few inputs from CallHippo team on my business needs and got very detailed and prompt replies every single time. Very impressed indeed.

This is one of the best caller apps you can ever wish to have. CallHippo is user friendly and easy to use. It has a database of legit international numbers you can purchase and use. The calls received and made through CallHippo are clear and perfect. Love this company and I recommend CallHippo.
