I downloaded the Candid App and it says to go to my email. I have done that serval times, but I have not received anything with a welcome link. Could you please assist me. Thank you

Keeps saying to go to my welcome email and hit the link and I never got a welcome email. Try to long in with me log in user and password and says the username and password are invalid. I have no problem log in to the website just the app.

Do yourself a favor and get a real orthodontist. Candid is scam and remote orthodontia should be more regulated to ensure these companies are actually held responsible for the garbage treatment they’re providing.

You can never get in touch with an actual orthodontist directly. Everything is channeled through customer service reps who can do little more than funnel messages back and forth and act as a buffer for your requests. I thought the worst that could happen was that you’d have to wait longer for service, but wow was I wrong.

My original treatment plan for minor cosmetic issues was 6 to 8 months. Almost two years later, I am now 3 sets of aligners in. My teeth are so much worse than when I started, my bite is horribly misaligned, and one of the aligners managed to pull my rear molars forward so they are sunken down and no longer level with the rest of my teeth. They’re answer to how to deal with this? “Cut the back tooth off your aligners with scissors.”

I understand that this is an imperfect science and refinements are a normal part of the process. But the degree of error to which I’ve been dealing with is appalling. And because no one seems to actually be checking your progress, it’s up to you to flag issues. And even then, they drag the process out so it takes weeks to get an answer.

Shame on me for thinking that this could be a viable options during the Covid pandemic. Don’t do this.

Can’t Even Start!

There’s a problem before I can even begin! This app keeps telling me that my Candid email address and password are both invalid ~
(when I know for a FACT that neither are wrong because I just logged into the main website yesterday with the same information!) ~~
I’ve tried 8 different times with this app and still the same problem ~~
Also…. There’s absolutely NOTHING anywhere in sight for me to be able to ask for help or get any further assistance while I’m on the app having issues!
I love candid but I’m NOT happy about this and feel that you all should at least have an area for someone to get assistance while active on the app during an issue like this!!
The app also says it sent me an email and told me I need to check it but it’s been well over 30 minutes and I have absolutely no email whatsoever in any of my folders! Smh

Terrible app, and no actual orthodontist to communicate with.

I wish I would have used one of their competitors. The app is glitchy and is hard to get a scan done without it shutting itself down repeatedly.

You do not actually “have” an orthodontist. There is no professional orthodontist to talk to, ever. There isn’t even one customer service representative assigned to you - you have to talk to someone new every. Single. Time. No sense whatsoever that there is any one person actually looking out for your progress.

Do not recommend this company or this app at all.
