Tried to register for this app with my iPhone. Scans passport fine but the nfc implementation is garbage. I’ve tried third party apps that work just fine at reading the passport so it’s clearly Freja that is an issue.
Can’t set up this app not sure what to do until fixed
Keeps crashing and saying that the identity number is not valid (which it is...) - seems Freja / service have not passed simple Q/A testing...
Was told I can care an eID with a resistance permit but it does not accept it in Freja .
Freja is buggy and the support is useless. Appen verkar inte funka och när jag kontaktar support ger dem mig helt meningslösa svar.
The option to upgrade to this app eID+ is nowhere to be found, anywhere on my app. The QR code necessary to verify in person does not seem to exist, and I have attempted to follow the directions and explored everything available in Freja .
