Finally coming to terms with the fact that this casino has scammed me out of tens of thousands of dollars. They let you win big at first. You have to wait to cash out due to the banks being closed on the weekends. You win on a Friday and ended up putting everything back by Sunday. It’s all a clever design to get you to spend everything you have. Once you cash out the pending redemption, they rig the reels, causing them to freeze, slow down or the game will reset itself randomly, usually during a bonus or when you are on a winning streak. I have wasted over 9k since September 1st and only win $400 on occasion. The VIP treatment is nothing more than a ploy to get you to spend more money because the loyalty gift is a lure to get you to spend more and more. I go back-and-forth with the casino VIP host named David regarding concerns I have and he assures me it’s a legitimate business. He sees how much money I’m spending and he has not once once offered to limit my account or suggest that I contact somebody for a gambling addiction. They just take advantage and take all your money. please do not make the same mistake that I did. I’m in so much debt right now and bills are not paid. Be careful with these people.

I really enjoy this app; however I can’t with good conscience give it 5 stars. I’ve been having trouble for weeks now with the lobby bonus. I have left several msgs about this problem and have rcvd only one reply from customer service. The issue with the lobby bonus is the time remaining to refresh keeps fluctuating back and forth. Then sometimes it gets frozen in place. I have very good internet, my IPad is up to date and I have most recent version of this app. I don’t understand why customer service has NOT addressed my complaints about the lobby bonus. It is frustrating to have to keep deleting and reloading app. Doing this I lose each opportunity to collect lobby bonus as scheduled. Please do something.

Sorry I wanted to like this game. I even spent a lot of money in coins but this game is just awful! The worst casino game I’ve ever played. You win some at first then after that all you do is lose. You won’t believe the amount of money I’ve spent and lose it all right back. No wins big enough to make up for the loses. No more bonuses or free spins. Seriously I’ve spent maybe 100$ on this game in a week. Lose it right back! I play winning slots and just wanted to try a different game and guess what? I’m staying just with winning slots! I do have money to spend like that. But won’t do it on a rip off game like this one. These people are a big rip off. Stay away!
