Unstable, useless and waste of time. I just needed one piece of document for which they are forcing me to download MeeSevaApp as the same is not available through their website. I tried for an hour and it kept failing at multiple points during the process.

For a state whose government “prides” itself on being technologically better than others, it is a typical state govt backed app, where the project cost must have been to create a state of the art app, but the politicians and their Bootlickers ate away most of the funds. Shameful.

It looks like the camera access is fixed, but the submit button is not clickable and doesn’t do anything for submitting the pension

So many times i tried but the site is not opening . Waste of time . Proceed toMeeseva Kendra’s . This site is insisting to give a rank . Nothing is there . Actually it’s “ ZERO”. Or Minus “-5”

After downloading MeeSevaApp doesn’t open, t app folio useful one and merging into MeeSeva app it has become waste and useless

It’s is ironic that we call Hyderabad IT hub and produce such poorly designed apps.. where’s the public’s money being spent, if not in producing quality services?

It worked 2 weeks ago and does not work no more. Should have done the basic testing when spending taxpayers money.

I tried multiple imevtines to Aaadgar slot on my iPhone 14 maxpro it never worked, not allowing to pick up time slot after selecting hours range, very bad experience with MeeSevaApp

I installed MeeSevaApp on my iPhone Xs and nothing happens when I open it. I killed MeeSevaApp several times and tried opening. Just the welcome appears and nothing happens after that.

One of the worst applications ever seen, full of bugs and none of the features works, developer of this application should be immediately fired or legal action should be taken against the developer

I tried for almost 5-6 hrs to get my driving license history. It just shows fetching my details even after 5 hrs after multiple trials. I just felt writing a review about it which can help someone and doesn’t waste their time too.

Shame on govt to create such app and promote it. It doesn’t work in any way, tried to apply for duplicate license, can’t able to select the district. They want people to stand under rusted sheds of RTOs and wait instead of saving time with MeeSevaApp. (Corruption was possible only offline right 😅)

Unable lo sigh up or login using Apple ID , google+ or Facebook.

To sign up, in mobile number, it is taking india phone number only ( how NRI Can register with there international phone number ?)…. Also OTP is not delivered to email.

If we are unable to sign up or login … how we are going use the services offered by MeeSevaApp ?

I have been trying to sign up as a new user for the last 3 days. Every time it says it sent an OTP to my phone and email, nothing shows up anywhere. Does MeeSevaApp even work? Some offices say pay the fee using MeeSevaApp . There is no other way to pay the fee if MeeSevaApp doesn’t work. There are some mediators at these offices who somehow signed up on MeeSevaApp , but they ask twice the money if you need their help. This is just ridiculous.

I’ve been trying to change my address of my Driving License since the past 15 days and MeeSevaApp keeps crashing at the point where I am to enter my new address. This has been extremely frustrating. The government spends extremely valuable resources and humongous tax payer money for streamlining these tedious processes. The least the government can do is to make sure MeeSevaApp functions properly.

Horrible app. Too many issues. Sad to see all the taxpayers money going down the drain.

I really love MeeSevaApp for their ease of submitting GHMC property taxes, life certificate, and electricity bills. But their recent “upgrade” totally messed up life certificate flow. I will be more than glad to work with them to make it perfect. Now it retrieves aadhaar but does not progress ahead in registration. And secondly the “submit life certificate” icon is totally missing!!

I utilized MeeSevaApp to renew my driver license. The UI is clunky but gets the job done. Experienced issues: the camera/photo’s aspect ratio is squeezed after taking the picture, upon payment MeeSevaApp does not provide a confirmation screen, It’s hard to edit fields on the forms such as permanent address, etc.

Overall MeeSevaApp is very clunky, but I’m pleased at being able to renew my license within 10 minutes as opposed to spending several hours at RTA office.

I tried 2-3 times to do what I want. Since most of the workflows in MeeSevaApp are data centric meaning more inputs from user, user interaction can be improved. Give more effort to UX. I myself am a developer, I know the difficulty in getting things right the first time. But overall I can give 3.25/4. Noticed MeeSevaApp is trying to make a service call and failing may be due to service down time, can be improved by providing meaningful response to user or making MeeSevaApp more offline friendly or progressive degradation. It’s a good initiative and e-governance should be encouraged. Jai Telangana.

Am surprised to see so many negative comments and bad experiences among many. But friends let me tell you I didn’t face any of them, am not lying. I have used MeeSevaApp for uploading my mothers (85 year old) life certificate and a Live Photograph. It worked well yes once slight glitch but on retrying it worked well. It saved a lot strain for my mother and for me to take her to the pension office and back. I heart fully appreciate the efforts in this regards. Meanwhile I request authorities to look into the comments from others and address them immediately for everyone’s convenience.

Thanks TS govt for the great initiative. This is really helpful app with reliable and fast service. Good customer service as well.
