I bought a hi watch from the man in the NEC.in Birmingham Yesterday I am not at all happy, can not get it connected to my phone, it hurts my wrist, will only connect to BT which I don’t have, It’s all in French. Its not fit for purposes. I feel like I’ve been robbed. I would like my money back please as I bought it in good faith from I thought a reputable dealer. I have an iPhone 12 pro max I cannot sync my phone messaging the app is in Chinese and I cannot sync anything. My phone is connected to the watch, at least that’s what it’s telling me. There is no way to contact the developer. I’m hoping I can contact them through here. Please help.

App doesn’t do anything and is in the wrong language. Can’t even set watch up to get text notifications. I’ve had cheaper watches that can do more. This app needs work big time.

Well first of all u can’t download apps it only shows me wallpapers and the connection and the scan for the app . It doesn’t let me pass apps or transfer Facebook info and well like I said change ur wallpaper which will only last for only 2or 3min plus just shows U ur health ur health status they should really add app and transfer so it won’t be a struggle trying to find out a way to transfer all our info
