I've been missing my watch since Thursday at 12 pm. However I can't find my watch by detected from HiWatch app because my watch was disconected (lowbatt) and I've been looking for it until now I can't find it. Could you please help me to find my watch? I really need it and my parents will be angry if they know this. Anyway, the location that I've been missing my watch was at Mushola Al Wasath ITB Kampus Jatinangor, Jatinangor, Indonesia.

I bought a hi watch from the man in the NEC.in Birmingham Yesterday I am not at all happy, can not get it connected to my phone, it hurts my wrist, will only connect to BT which I don’t have, It’s all in French. Its not fit for purposes. I feel like I’ve been robbed. I would like my money back please as I bought it in good faith from I thought a reputable dealer. Can’t do much

Well first of all u can’t download apps it only shows me wallpapers and the connection and the scan for the app . It doesn’t let me pass apps or transfer Facebook info and well like I said change ur wallpaper which will only last for only 2or 3min plus just shows U ur health ur health status they should really add app and transfer so it won’t be a struggle trying to find out a way to transfer all our info

So I’m having and have the same issues just like the rest. I can’t add any other apps from my phone to this watch. I can’t not connect to another blue device to play music without having to discotheque watch. The info I collect on this watch will not transfer to my phones data either soooo. Can u start leaving review comments. Thanks.

Not too happy

I just received my watch. The watch was in French and after going through settings not knowing what buttons I was pushing I finally was able to reset the watch and get it to English. The app however is in Chinese and I cannot figure out how to change that to English. Not very happy with the purchase $60 down the drain.
