How can I get back in my account when my account when it's disabled

I’m trying to delete the Blk app but it’s not letting because it says my account is still active but I canceled the subscription. Do I have to wait until subscription over to delete it?

I started this dating app as a free trial in May 2022. I reluctantly let the free trial evolve into a paid subscription for one month at 19.99 + presumed taxes; I was very conscious that I would cancel in June 2022 If the experience was less than great. I did just that. Before the next billing date, I dismantled my profile bio /information, removed all my pictures from the profile, then contacted customer care within the app and communicated with a representative to confirm that I was canceling he and I were in agreement. I got off the phone and removed the app from my phone. Thought that was the end. In November 2022 I noticed a charge on my account for 21 dollars and some change. it was from Affinity Apps no other information was given I could not think what Affinity Apps was - Even my National Bank reviewed it and could not find any official contact for the $21 withdrawal. Thinking that it was some one-time error -after all, it was only $21.00. so I moved on with my business and life. 4 weeks later it happened again. I contacted the bank again. After detailed research, it was determined that this amount was coming out of my account every month since May 2022. By chance, it all became clear with I stumbled across an old email account that I seldom use anymore it revealed that BLK DATING APP was still trying to get their monthly subscription fee from an outdated account I replied to the email with my complaint and got only a generic response about privacy and safety settings while using their app -- and no mention on my refund ... I am not putting that app back on my phone officials should be able to see that my account had been deactivated and not used in since last spring -- Give my back my 7 months worth of payment ASAP

I lost my phone and had to get a new phone. I down load app and now I can’t get in my account. They keep saying enter code but never receive one. Need help getting in my account!!

I'll say this company is very sexist against men, when an insecure bitter woman decides to report you because things didnt work out and she wants to block your next blessing (possibly) you can count on blk to take their side and ban you. I'm not a disrespectful argumentative type of guy but this has happened to many times. Please keep these insecure grown children off of these apps.

Hello I just wanted to tell you that there has been a woman who reported me to customer service for no reason. She’s from out of Boston Massachusetts. I have not done anything for her to report me. She sent me a icebreaker saying get out of here I’m looking for a real man to connect with and then She sent a request asking me “where are you calling from.” I said I’m from Brooklyn so we cannot talk.” Then she sent me another request made some noise and just reported me to customer service and said goodbye for no reason so. So I just wanted you to know that because I don’t want no trouble so get back to me as soon as you can please and thank you.

I have people calling me on my phone which I did not give them my number, they said they got it from the BLK site, they are calling me from across the state and I’m getting scared for my life. Please fix this problem and if my number is on there please remove it ASAP! I’m scared for my life.

My upgrade option does not work. Customer service went back and forth for a month, then retold me the same story I had told them at the beginning. They said they would then forward it to tech support to fix. Crickets so far. I'd just like to see my matches. Can you fix this already?

I called to find out what was going on and was informed they cant find my account. spoke to 2 different representatives and neither one could find my account. needless to say i didnt get refunded my 9.99 but they are still advertising premium service for 9.99. rip off

I literally just downloaded the app & set my profile up, and now it keeps giving me errors almost like I’ve been blocked from my own acct? I’ve closed out the app, deleted & re-downloaded it from App Store & there’s no changes. I also paid for a 1 month sub, & if I can’t even get into my acct on the app then I need my money refunded. People are on here really trying to find friends, partners, etc. and a couple hours after I make an acct, I’m blocked? Sounds like a scam to me. Ridiculous.
