I have a problem with Apphi

I set my posts to an automated schedule, but for some reason, it is in manual mode. How do I turn it back?

To resolve Apphi network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Apphi App
1. On android, goto Settings » Apphi » click [Force Stop]

Clear Apphi App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Apphi » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Apphi.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Apphi » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Apphi » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Apphi
