IS THIS APP A SCAM? I HAVE PURCHASED A YEARLY SUBSCRIPTION ARD $150, ONLY USED IT FOR ABOUT A MONTH & THEN IT WENT UNDER MAINTENACE FOR AS FAR AS GOD KNOWS WHEN. WE WANT A REFUND! WHY WOULD WE PAY WHEN APPHI CANNOT PROVIDE THE SERVICE?!

Apphi sent a late email out saying that their app was under maintenance. Its been under for WEEKS, still haven’t heard anything back, there is no other contact & i paid over $300 for a yearly subscription and i only used it for a month. seems shady to me.

Purchased a years subscription 5 months ago. When I got a new phone in July and tried to redownload the app, it didn’t exist in the Apple store. I thought it might be an update. So I check my old phone, then the app wouldn’t open. The desktop version stop working, when you log in, takes you to a google doc questioner AND THATS ITTT ! They gave us no email or indication that something would be happen with the app And there’s no way to contact them for a refund. This was one of the best apps and now it’s the worst simply for their customer service. I’ve been trying to get answered for 2 going on 3 weeks!!!!!!!!

I only subscribed for Premium use 2 weeks ago and I was loving the app up until last week when it began saying the app is under maintenance. The app is fantastic but not worth paying the $37 a month i'm being charged if it doesn't work. If this is not rectified by Friday I'm unsubscribing

I got this app to help manage more instagram accounts than the app lets me use. I paid for it for 6 months, and it did work quite well, so by that token, it’s an effective app.

My complaint is with the services. I found a workaround that I can do for the other accounts that doesn’t require me using the paid service from Apphi, so I wanted to cancel it. I repeatedly emailed asking for them to cancel, after unsuccessfully being able to cancel through the app. They refused, said I had to cancel through the app, even though it wasn’t working to do so. By the time I finally was able to use another device to cancel, I had paid for an additional 2 months of an app I was not using, which I believe is why they make it so hard to cancel. The customer service was not helpful, and was unable to answer anything but with the same two sentences they’d obviously been coached on. For this reason, even though the app was useful, and I might have considered using it again in future if I needed more multiple account access, for that reason I will not be using it again.

I have an instagram account with 65K followers and we promote local business on it. We had all our posts scheduled on this app and all of a sudden they disappeared.

They simply deactivated their social media, removed the app from the App Store and deactivated their website. There was no way to contact them. We went to Twitter and to our surprise a lot of people were in the same situation. There were people that had 100 clients accounts with posts scheduled for the next couple months and their posts simply vanished as they had no way to access the app.

Some people had paid 1 year in advanced and lost their money. We were on a monthly plan so we immediately canceled it. However, the damage was done. We lost a lot of good clients because of Apphi. After a lot of research my best guess is that instagram discontinued their Legacy API and that messed them up due to their lack of planning and in turn they turned our lives upside down without notice. We tired to contact the owner but he does not reply.

Now they are back with little to no features and with no excuse other than we give you 3 months for free. What a joke!

Please be aware that if you place your business in their hand you will end up disappointed. They really don’t care and they can at any moment vanish with your money and content and quite possibly get your social accounts blocked.

DO NOT USE THIS APP! Find a better one

This app is useful if it actually posts to your instagram without you having to do it manually.

Worst customer service ever! They make it incredibly hard to cancel your subscription. I got charged for a yearly subscription of $120 when it’s been months since I even used the app, and didn’t approve the transaction. When I contact customer service they were extremely unhelpful, and unwilling to refund me all my money during a time of hardship. I’m struggling to put food on the table for my family during this pandemic, but all these owners care about is profit. Sadly, I’m not the only customer this has happened to.

I highly recommend finding another app that has the same function that actually cares about its reputation and it’s paying customers.
