I cant log in with my code text or phone
I have had accounts with First Horizon and Raymond James before and they used Fidelity's Wealthscape but now have a new account with B Riley who recently changed over to Wealthscapeinvestor/brwm and with help from one of their techs, I was able to get on and look at my holdings but the next day, my login didn't work. I need tech help with this, phone 901-337-9804

i have trouble with understanding the voice of the women that gives the codes i have other people listen and they have the same problem i have 2 other accounts that use the same method and i have n o problem with them i can not recieve texts from wealthscape i wish they would get a new person on tape to try

I don’t understand how a mature finance application can have so little usefulness. There are two things an investor may want to see in an app, account changes and historical data. This app’s missing the latter. You can’t see your gains/losses summary for an investment account over time, you can’t see a graph of your history. It’s nice that I can view individual income and expense entries, but I’d like to know how my investments have done this year. How about you add that so we can see if you’re doing your jobs? As a side note, I couldn’t enable 2FA because I never received codes from the app. Lame.

Whenever I bring up the check deposit function, the area where I should be able to type in the check amount does not bring up the keyboard. The app won’t let me move forward to snap check images without typing in an amount. No matter how much I have deleted and reinstalled the app, shut down and restarted the iPad, it won’t bring up the keyboard to type in check amount. And it is not an issue with the iPad, because the keyboard comes up when I click on “make a trade function.”

I was hoping that during these uneasy times that the Wealthscape people would do a better job. I haven’t figured out as why when the markets go down I loose and when the markets recover their losses soon after I don’t recover the same amount of my previous losses. I had done better previously on my own and now I pay professionals to lose my money. I’m waiting for a recovery to move my funds. Like the title says I’m not impressed.
