Tried to logon my Investor 360 account. Got the dashboard with the word "Balance" printed in Red. No Balances with a statement as follows: "There seems to be an error." The Page has encountered an error loading required data. Please reload this Page before making any changes. Is a problem at your end. My computer seems to be functioning on other financial sites just fine. Please advise
I can no longer sign in. Irequested a voice authentication but the phone call never comes to my phone.

iPhone app will not allow access to account

On iPhone 14 will not access account through this app but can get in through to website if I delete the app. In the app after logging in goes to ping authentication the goes back to login and continues the same cycle over again.

Limited and lacking.
Given the choice between a slick appearance and useful information, I choose the information every time.
What happened to the 5 year performance metric that compares your portfolio to standards like the S&P 500? That completely deleted this important benchmark.

I wish they didn’t change it. I tried to log in. Keyboard wouldn’t appear. Can’t believe they changed this and have not improved it. Terrible.
