WealthscapeInvestor is virtually useless as it fails to display Pertinent Information such as my balance over various time frames. I have “Empower” as my work 401K and I have the ability to view my balances by YTD, 6mo, 1yr, 3yrs, 5yrs and Custom Period. I don’t believe in placing all my savings in one basket and like to compare which asset manager is doing the best job. Black and white results vs having to ask my financial advisor what my status is, is extremely valuable.

Whenever I bring up the check deposit function, the area where I should be able to type in the check amount does not bring up the keyboard. WealthscapeInvestor won’t let me move forward to snap check images without typing in an amount. No matter how much I have deleted and reinstalled WealthscapeInvestor , shut down and restarted the iPad, it won’t bring up the keyboard to type in check amount. And it is not an issue with the iPad, because the keyboard comes up when I click on “make a trade function.”

I was hoping that during these uneasy times that the Wealthscape people would do a better job. I haven’t figured out as why when the markets go down I loose and when the markets recover their losses soon after I don’t recover the same amount of my previous losses. I had done better previously on my own and now I pay professionals to lose my money. I’m waiting for a recovery to move my funds. Like the title says I’m not impressed.

Has there been a change to how WealthscapeInvestor operates? It has not been showing intraday balance changes since late last week, even though I’m able to see the most up to date balance on the web app. The mobile app now only seems to update once a day, a day behind. Is this a bug or has the functionality been reduced?

The latency is terrible. The user experience is horrendous. It’s not easy to use. In this industry you must compete with the other easy to use applications like robinhood that have attracted all their customers with their simple UI. The only reason I use MS is because my money manager was already set up with them. I would suggest another platform to anyone unless these problems get fixed.

I don’t understand how a mature finance application can have so little usefulness. There are two things an investor may want to see in an app, account changes and historical data. WealthscapeInvestor’s missing the latter. You can’t see your gains/losses summary for an investment account over time, you can’t see a graph of your history. It’s nice that I can view individual income and expense entries, but I’d like to know how my investments have done this year. How about you add that so we can see if you’re doing your jobs? As a side note, I couldn’t enable 2FA because I never received codes from WealthscapeInvestor . Lame.

Worst app ever! Biometric login works 10% of the time. Account login error on apple iPhone almost every time I try to login. Locked out and now need to contact my financial advisor. Look at all the bad reviews, they obviously don’t care. I have TRowe, TD Ameritrade and Fidelity accounts and have no issues with their apps. Unfortunately this account is through an advisor. Time to consider a different option.

The main point for investor apps is to see how your accounts are doing. I cannot see whether I’m losing or gaining overtime! It’s an account that I’m putting money into monthly, I’d like to know how it’s doing rather than look at all my past deposits and add and subtract. Shouldn’t be that hard for the developers to add this feature.

Missing key functionality found in the cheapest brokerage account. No graphs, news or research. No trading. No ability to adjust settings, like hiding closed accounts. Insists on mixing stocks and bonds. Bonds are not updated during the day and you cannot see how much they have changed except profit or loss.

Perhaps a user error, but using WealthscapeInvestor . I am unable to see the $$ daily movements for each of my underlying investments.

For each investment (fund or stock holding) I am able to see a daily % change, but not a $$ change.

The summary page gives me the daily $$ change, but only in summary.

Yuck! How do I get rid of the new, oversized graph that shows up on initial login? Pretty useless - maybe worth an inch of precious iPad screen space. Who came up with this? At least give us a way to configure if we want it - switches are easy!!

It’s nowhere near as good as Fidelity’s version for its own direct clients. It’s also nowhere near as good as Wells Fargo‘s version. Fidelity obviously has the ability to make it a five star app,But it seems they have no desire to make it equivalent to what they use for themselves.

WealthscapeInvestor works well for daily reporting but in order to manage my estate effectively I need to see trends monthly, quarterly and yearly.

Looking at other services with more robust features.

Says that there is an update, takes me to WealthscapeInvestor . , hit open and it takes me back to Wealthscape and the screen saying that there is a new update? Can't access my account.

The Westminster Financial Companies, especially Ken Warnick from their Dayton offices, is an educated experienced and helpful financial professional. He and they have successfully managed my accounts for over 30 years. They are top advisors.

Seems odd that I can only see daily movement. I’ll start tracking long term performance on a separate spread sheet.

If I am missing longer term performance measurements please notify me with the path to view. Thx Bill

I like WealthscapeInvestor … however,I would want one more column to show what the annual dividend income is in each account, and it should be updated after each trade.

Seems like they really dumbed this thing down. It wasn’t very good before, with the upgrade, it’s almost useless.

I don’t like the last update because you can’t view all your gains and losses hourly and on one page as before, instead you have to view individual holdings.

WealthscapeInvestor is very buggy. Mostly, I find myself waiting on WealthscapeInvestor to load. Sometimes, it’s unavailable due to maintenance. I have an iPhone 12 and often log in from home using Wi-Fi so No connectivity excuses.
