I have had MakeItCountRewards for a solid 4 months and it did the job well, even with the bugs occasionally. Now, as of this last week of July everything I have worked for disappeared. No account, I’m told my email is not connected to an account and when I recreated my same user information I’m told my phone number is linked to an account but yet I can’t seem to get to it. Using the helpline number, I spent well over an hour trying to contact a representative or tech member to help me, no such luck. I was even the first in the queue. I really am hoping this is fixed, I can’t redeem points, see anything deals or anything with MakeItCountRewards until the issue is dealt with. Hopefully not too many others experience this issue...

Went to use MakeItCountRewards and it was not listed in my apps. I went to MakeItCountRewards Store and found it and allowed me to open it. When I closed MakeItCountRewards it was still not shown among my apps. So, where did it go?

They updated MakeItCountRewards and that’s great and all. The issue, points are not being added like they should. Bonus points are taking a month to get added after earning (could be because I emailed them that it got added). So far this month, I have 16 visits and only 11 are showing. Not making me feel confident they are giving me all the points I earned. I’ve been using MakeItCountRewards for years. This isn’t the first time points getting added has been an issue. Hopefully this gets fixed soon.

I enjoyed getting the rewards even as they were a handful of points that would xfer to my Southwest Airlives Rapid Rewards account.

Suddenly however it’s become more than a chore after learning that a number of my SUV fill ups never sent credit through.

First I learned that my MIC account had signed out even as I purchase fillups several times per week. After signing in again I saw some of the credits give me points… but then had to link SWA with MIC.

This seems to be what happens by design, and it’s frustrating that consumers have to keep such petty little points and other kinds of things in check in order to be compensated.

As this keeps happening I’m now having second thoughts about being a member with Marathon & MakeItCount. This kind of petty hassle IS NOT WORTH THE EFFORT.

It gives locations that make it count is with. However app does not give prices. Which is a pain. I wish it gave prices for the gas stations listed. Also I wish more marathon gas stations had make it counts. It’s a pain to get to a gas station and find out it’s not make it counts so no 5 cents off AND no points. I’ve about given up and will use gas buddy

Ive been saving my points and i checked today and redeemed enough for 25 cents off a gallon and it never applied and thats the thing i like about MakeItCountRewards the most but it didn’t work

App was really good until I tried to open it on my new phone. Now it’s stuck on the opening screen. Please help! Need to load my rewards card.

App hasn’t worked right in over a month. Never shows my correct about if points and never shows my transactions. Not to mention it’s picky when it lets you earn points in other items if the items are even in the store at all. You email customer service and they give you the run around and act like you don’t know how to push the buttons in the screen right.

MakeItCountRewards was great when it wanted to work. I finally got my card in the mail like almost 2 weeks ago and I went on MakeItCountRewards to activate it. When I went on MakeItCountRewards it just kept spinning and not loading. It’s not my internet because everything else works decently...

I have been trying several times to reset my password. I get all the confirmation text but the website is irresponsive. I have also been trying to contact Make It Count and all they did was respond once and after I did not hear from them. My issue has not been resolved and I have yet to hear from them.

The update created a great deal of confusion on signing in. The grey bar above “sign in” allows for phone number input but this isn’t obvious and I fact I only found it by accident. MakeItCountRewards itself is fine but the UX is not my cup of tea.

Don’t bother even signing up for this program. What I thought was a glitch in the system at one station is actually a widespread problem. Gas station owners can’t get help with it either. You either can’t enter your ID number at all or the system is down when you need to use your rewards. I’m spending my gas money somewhere else.

I just tried to use the cents off at the pump for the first time. I put my number in and the pump said account unavailable so I got on my phone and opened MakeItCountRewards and it buffered for a long time and eventually said account unavailable. So I got gas any way. Checked MakeItCountRewards at my next stop 3 miles away and now everything is working again. Unbelievable!

I downloaded MakeItCountRewards to save on gas, but it won’t let me create an account. I’m using the iPhone 12, and have a full 5 bars of service, and when I fill out the information and hit continue, nothing happens. Nothing at all. I closed MakeItCountRewards and tried again but it will not progress past the sign up screen.

App signs me out at least 1x a month. Also, is there a way you can get MakeItCountRewards to tell us the Gas prices at locations. Like other gas apps!

I downloaded MakeItCountRewards so I could earn points and link with my Wyndham Rewards. I have contacted support and they still haven’t fixed it 3 weeks later. I am so disappointed that nothing has been done yet.

I had a thousands of points racked up and I got a new phone...I emailed them asking to change my number (very inconvenient btw) and I go to log In to MakeItCountRewards a couple weeks later & Email address not linked to an account

MakeItCountRewards dont update. Even after getting a new phone. It still dont show current activity. It only shows the ones from 2019. I go to the gas station more than 3 times a day and everyday. U guys need to fix MakeItCountRewards since im not the only one complaing about.

The latest release today looks great!! Use MakeItCountRewards all the time to save on gas and earn Southwest Rapid Rewards points.

If I try to use my loyalty ID, my credit card gets declined. As long as I don’t try to use the loyalty ID, my payment goes through. The problem is definitely this rewards program. Totally pointless if I am unable to get gas by using this.

For some reason the account activity doesn’t work anymore It’s nice to check it to make sure you got your points from your gasoline purchase made it to your account . Otherwise MakeItCountRewards is hard to navigate 👎👎👎

love the savings, great app, would like it even more if it displayed in landscape on my i-pad
