How to fix Plan Meals app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Plan Meals app on iPhone
Update Plan Meals app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Plan Meals iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Plan Meals on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Plan Meals network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Plan Meals not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Plan Meals App
1. On android, goto Settings » Plan Meals » click [Force Stop]

Update Plan Meals to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Plan Meals App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Plan Meals » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Plan Meals.

Fix Plan Meals unable to contact server/ Plan Meals internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Plan Meals » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Plan Meals » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
