Force Stop the Direct2HR App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Direct2HR app. » click "Force Stop".

Clear Direct2HR App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Direct2HR app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Direct2HR » "Force Stop".

Again, got Direct2HR » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
